Bangalore firm Narasappa Doraswamy & Raja has been approached by Northern Irish firm Caldwell & Robinson to help Northern Ireland companies develop their businesses in India.
The collaboration follows the Irish firm’s participation in a recent Invest Northern Ireland trade mission to India.
Harish Narasappa, a founding partner of Narasappa Doraswamy & Raja, told India Business Law Journal that the assistance his firm has agreed to provide in no way indicates an official tie-up or association.
