Squire Sanders announced on 8 May that two new partners, Jenny Liu and Ni Xudong, have joined its Beijing and Shanghai offices respectively.
Both are corporate lawyers. Liu’s practice focuses on private equity and venture capital investment in China, especially for foreign-controlled investment funds. She also represents private Chinese companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial work, including financing and international transactions.
