Jackson Shuai-Sheng Huang, senior partner of Formosa Transnational, specialises in complex litigations and M&A deals.

Jackson has been recognised by various legal ranking authorities such as Asialaw, IFLR, Chambers and Partners and Asia Business Law Journal as the leading lawyer in dispute resolution and M&A sectors. He is well connected to and has been appointed to key positions in various prominent business associations in Taiwan, such as a member of the legal advisory committee, Taiwan’s Chinese National Association of Industry and Commerce (CNAIC), member of the financial and tax advisory committee, the Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI), and member of the International Economic Relationships Committee, General Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of China (ROCCOC).

Jackson is qualified in Taiwan and New York and holds two LLM degrees, one from the London School of Economics and the other from Columbia University School of Law.
