Four Bengaluru-based partners and one New Delhi-based partner were added to IndusLaw’s equity partnership, bringing the total to 17 equity partners at the firm.
The new equity partners are Anindya Ghosh, Pallavi Kanakagiri and Winnie Shekhar, who are part of the firm’s transaction team, TMT specialist Namita Viswanath, and Vishal Yaduvanshi from the firm’s capital markets team.
Ghosh specialises in advising on private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has led and advised on several prominent and high-value equity financing and acquisition transactions on both the buy and sell sides.
Kanakagiri focuses on private equity, venture capital investments, M&A (foreign and domestic), while Shekhar has experience in domestic and cross-border transactions involving fund investments, private equity, venture capital funding, M&A, structuring, collaborations and exits.
