Ronly & Tenwen Partners was formed by the merger and reorganisation of the former Shanghai Rongly law firm and the former Shanghai Tenwen generation law firm; which was first established in 2002. Headquartered in Jin Mao Tower in Lujiazui Finance & Trade Zone in Shanghai Pudong district, our firm represents a broad array of clients from our offices and union law firm in Hangzhou, Taicang, Wuxi, Haikou, Guangzhou, Guiyang, Hong Kong, Toronto, Los Angeles, Paris and Mumbai.
Among 200 lawyers working in Ronly & Tenwen Partners are doctors of law, masters of law, professors of law and senior lawyers, of which 50% have more than 10 years of work experience. More than 40 of us have served as chair and members of the National Bar Association and Shanghai Bar Association.
