Senior Legal Manager, Marketing (7+ PQE) – CN326/VTA

Job Description
This world-leading corporation is looking for a senior PRC-qualified lawyer with a strong marketing compliance background to join their global legal team on a base of Shanghai. As part of a team supporting their Greater China marketing team, you will deliver legal advice and support covering all consumer-facing marketing activities, business partnership agreements, and media buying contracts. Also, you will provide legal and regulatory support on all promotional documents.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a top-tier Chinese law school plus overseas legal education as well as a minimum of 7 years’ PQE in digital, retail, social media, or sports business, with an MNC or a leading law firm. Additional Common Law qualification, strong commercial contracting drafting skills, and good team spirit are highly desirable. You must have native Mandarin and fluent English skills for the role.
