Job Description
Are you a junior Corporate M&A Partner looking for a new challenge at an AmLaw 100 firm? A highly regarded US international law firm has an opportunity in Shanghai, offering a market-leading platform to work alongside the premier names in the field. You will handle a full range of cross-border transactions involving China for multinational corporations and advise the firm’s Chinese clients on their international investments.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned PRC-qualified lawyer with solid M&A experience and some book of business, plus the ability to develop Chinese clients. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese is required. REF: 16527/VTA
