Expert services and litigation consulting firm Secretariat has expanded to India with the opening of an office in Mumbai and the appointment of Mrinal Jain as a director.
Jain will lead the firm’s economic damages and valuations practice in India. He has nearly 15 years of experience and focuses on assessing quantum, financial, economic and
valuation issues.

With an office in India, Secretariat will provide expert witness services to Indian companies and law firms. The consulting firm also seeks to participate in the growing business relationship between Singapore and India. “India has been a key component of our strategic growth plan for some time,” said Don Harvey, the managing director of Secretariat.
