A top US law firm is actively looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join its Shanghai office. You will be focusing on a mix of PE/VC, financing and M&A transactions in Asia which covers a wide spectrum of industries including TMT and life science. Ref: ABLJ8841
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have a US JD/LL.M with US qualification, and have obtained solid experience from an international law firm. Business level Mandarin and English is essential and US rates on offer for the right candidate.
