Job Description
A leading US law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level M&A Associate to join their award-winning practice in Shanghai. Ideal for someone looking for a broad practice and activity on sophisticated and demanding M&A in public and private deals across a number of industries. You will have the opportunity to work with a market-leading team advising their clients at all stages of their deals from conception through closing, plus provide ongoing post-closing and integration support.
Requirements
Ideally, you are a PRC-qualified or registered foreign lawyer with 3-5 years’ PQE in M&A work with leading local or international law firms. Strong drafting experience and fluent Mandarin Chinese skills are essential. REF: 16334/VTa
