Job Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong presence in China, is seeking an experienced M&A Associate to join a successful team in Hong Kong and obtain some of the best cross-border transaction experience available in the market. You will be part of one of the world’s largest practices advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions relating to private and public listed companies from a range of industry sectors.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years’ PQE in private M&A work with international law firms and experience with transaction-related PRC legal issues. Good Chinese drafting as well as strong client relationship skills and the ability to work independently are highly desirable. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is mandatory.
