Job Description
We have instructions from a global law firm who are looking to expand their capital markets team, specifically in debt capital markets (DCM) work. You will join the firm’s highly successful practice, handling a broad range of DCM products and advising issuers and managers on complex transactions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a registered foreign or Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with 3-5 years’ relevant PQE with an established DCM practice. Excellent written communication and drafting skills will be needed, along with the ability to take on a high degree of responsibility in a fast-paced but friendly environment. Fluent English and strong Chinese language capabilities are also essential. REF: 16332/VTA
