Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Capital Markets Lawyer to advance their career at this top-tier practice in Beijing. You will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of highly regarded partners in the field on varied, high-quality transactions with leading corporate and major financial institution clients.
Requirements
Ideally, you have 2-3 years’ PQE in Hong Kong capital markets deals, including Hong Kong IPOs, securities issuances, and relevant regulatory compliance work gained in top-tier local or international law firms. Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. REF: 16314/VTA
