Job Description
This international law firm has a stand-out corporate practice and is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate to join their Hong Kong office. Our client has a wide variety of top international and regional clients and historic experience in M&A/capital markets/private equity transactions in the region.
Requirements
We are looking for junior candidates who have good training from international law firms and are interested in corporate finance/general corporate commercial work. Strong academics, excellent English and Chinese skills are essential for consideration. REF: 16301/VTA
