Job Description
Well-known private investment company is looking for a legal counsel to join its team in Hong Kong. This role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to work on transactions across a variety of industries, so candidates with a background in M&A / PE deals work are encouraged to apply. Requirements
Candidates are expected to have strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and have solid law firm training. Business level Chinese skills required.
