Yashasvini Kumar has been promoted to group general counsel and chief compliance officer at Innoterra, an Indo-Swiss food and technology platform, taking up a global role within the company.
Kumar takes over from Peter Ackermann, who will move to the role of strategic adviser. She will be a central figure in ensuring strategic growth and driving business initiatives across the group, based out of Mumbai and Switzerland, and will continue duties as co-CEO for the India arm of the company.
