Job Description
Leading offshore law firm is looking for an experienced corporate lawyer with native Mandarin skills to join them. Candidates should have at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience, gained at either an offshore or leading international law firm, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Whilst a UK qualification is preferable candidates with strong M&A experience from top tier firms will be considered. ABLJ8693
