Job Description
Our client, a law firm with an extensive international reach, is seeking a Partner/Counsel to provide asset management-related regulatory, compliance, and legal risk advice for their worldwide client base out of Hong Kong.
Requirements
Candidates should have a proven advisory track record in the asset management sector and a strong grasp of issues arising from the sector’s interaction with investment banking and private banking businesses. Legal drafting skills are paramount but equally important are demonstrable business development skills, sector-specific commercial awareness and a keen eye for potential growth areas and investment “hot spots”.
