Job Description
Our client, a global industrial manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel at the director-level to support its expanding businesses based in Singapore or Shanghai. You will provide legal support and advice to the business teams on operations issues, including but not limited to contract management, general employment, dispute resolution, data privacy, and corporate compliance matters.
Requirements
To be considered, you must be a qualified lawyer with 7-14 years’ PQE with experience gained from both private practice and in-house corporations, ideally in the industrial manufacturing sector. Candidates with commercial awareness and previous coverage in the South East Asia market is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills are required. Fluent English is necessary; an additional Asian language is a plus. REF: 16162/VTA
