Singapore commercial law firm Oon & Bazul recently added two partners to manage increasing activity in the firm’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and restructuring and insolvency sectors during the pandemic.
The firm hired Ng Yi Wayn as a corporate partner, up from an associate at her previous firm, RHTLaw Asia. She specialises in M&A and advises clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, disposal of shares and assets, divestitures, takeovers and mergers, and equity capital market transactions.
Keith Han was hired as a restructuring and insolvency partner, also up from an associate at his previous firm, Clifford Chance. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes and restructuring and insolvency.
