Job Description
One of the top Chinese tech firms is seeking a committed, commercially savvy lawyer with leadership experience to put in place as its Legal Director based in Beijing. You will supervise a team of 10+ legal professionals.
Requirements
With IT industry experience at a well-established company, the ideal candidate shall also be a qualified lawyer with training gained from major law firms. This role requires strong corporate experience, the ability to deal with senior management and business teams, and a broad general commercial background, including PRC knowledge and overseas market understanding.
