ONC recruits consultant

Julian So Han Meng recently joined ONC Lawyers as a consultant in the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. So specializes in banking, structured finance, securitization and derivatives, with experience in private practice in Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as in-house experience with UBS in Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and both the sell and buy sides in the financial industry in Singapore and Hong Kong.
