LexOrbis has promoted associate partners Joginder Singh and Omesh Puri to the position of partners in its Delhi office. Singh and Puri have headed the patent engineering, and trademarks, copyright and design practices, respectively, for the past three years.
“Both Omesh and Joginder have been handling a large number of contentious and non-contentious matters,” LexOrbis founder partner Manisha Singh told India Business Law Journal. “With substantial experience in their kitty, they have understood the requirements of clients, which is not only restricted to advising on complex IP laws, but they have also been acting as business partners and strategists for their clients.”
