Darius Chan, an independent arbitrator, advocate and academic, has joined as a door tenant at Fountain Court Chambers in Singapore.
Chan is an experienced practitioner, and associate professor of law (practice) at Singapore Management University School of Law, and the deputy director of the Singapore International Dispute Resolution Academy.
