Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) has recruited Nozomi Oda as a partner in its Tokyo corporate practice.
Admitted in both Japan (bengoshi) and New York, she brings expertise in cross-border public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and capital markets transactions.
Oda specializes in advising private equity and life sciences clients. She also regularly advises on Japanese regulations including securities, financial, funds, merger review, and healthcare and life sciences.
