Han Kun Law Offices has made two key appointments with the aim of bolstering its Beijing office’s strengths in litigation and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
The firm has hired Leanne Zheng from Jones Day as a litigation partner, and He Jun from Concord & Partners as a partner focusing on the corporate and M&A practices.
Zheng focuses on litigation and arbitration, and specialises in civil and commercial disputes within and outside of China.
