Norton Rose Fulbright has hired corporate, M&A and securities lawyer Isamu “Sam” Inohara as a partner in its Tokyo office.
Inohara, who focuses on complex cross-border M&A, has significant international experience and joins the firm from Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo team.
Inohara has nearly two decades’ experience advising global Japanese and US-based companies on major cross-border acquisitions in various sectors including financial institutions, transportation and technology.
