Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has recruited Tim Mak as a partner, based in Hong Kong, to handle dispute resolution matters in Asia.

Mak was previously with Herbert Smith Freehills and has practised in Hong Kong for 15 years, two of them at the Securities and Futures Commission. He specialises in both contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, focusing on regulatory investigations and proceedings.
