China Cinda Asset Management recently announced that it had reached agreements with four investors on their strategic investment in Cinda.
The four strategic investors are Standard Chartered Bank, National Council for Social Security Fund, UBS and CITIC Capital. They will hold 16.54% stakes in Cinda after their investment of RMB10.37 billion (US$1.64 billion).
All regulatory approvals have been obtained, according to Clifford Chance, which has advised Standard Chartered Bank in this transaction.
