Introduction

Liang Feng is senior partner at Jincheng Tongda & Neal. He is director of Labour and Social Security Law Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association, managing director of Beijing Labour and Social Security Law Association and deputy director of the Labour Law Committee, and a member of Central Rule of Law Construction Committee of China Zhi Gong Party. Liang received his law degree in 1998, meaning he has been lawyer for two decades. As a well-known lawyer and senior expert specializing in labour issues, social security and human resources, he is well recognized and highly regarded by clients because of his excellent service ability and professional service attitude. Liang has published several books, namely Excelsior: The Handbook about Handling cases of Outstanding Labour Lawyers, and Irrepressible Care: Why I Advise My Clients Not to File a Lawsuit. He won the honorary title of Top Ten Labour Law Lawyers from the Beijing Lawyers Association and has been rated as Leading Lawyer in labour law in Asian-Pacific region by Chambers and Partners for many years.
