Introduction

Zhang Liguo is founding chief partner of Beijing Grandway Law Offices and member of the fourth council review committee of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. He has provided legal services to hundreds of corporations on matters related to initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, refinancing, securities investment funds, equity incentives, etc. Zhang is proficient in all facets of securities, such as A shares, B shares, H shares, corporate bonds, and so on. His clients span across a wide range of industries, including IT, resources, energy, chemical, medicine, commerce, agriculture, real estate, infrastructure, oil, and paper making. In addition, Zhang serves as a member on internal review committees for several securities companies, acts as an independent director for several enterprises, and has participated in drafting and amending numerous laws, regulations and normative documents in the area of securities.
