Introduction

Dorothy Xing specializes in banking and finance, capital markets and securities, mergers and acquisitions. She has been leading in the markets of financial legal services and foreign investment for over 20 years.

Dorothy began her projects in 1994 related to China’s state-owned enterprise reform in the first and second rounds and overseas listing. She undertook the overseas red-chip listing of the first private companies in 1998. In addition, she was responsible for the IPO of two national commercial banks. Currently, she works as a regular legal counsel for over 10 banks, trust, funds and security companies.

Dorothy has a solid reputation in the legal field both at home and abroad. Her clients include several central enterprises and financial holding platform institutions, all licensed financial institutions covering banks, insurance, trusts, securities and funds, which are under the supervision of the People’s Bank of China, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and China Securities Regulatory Commission, as well as private-equity/venture-capital funds, overseas-listed internet and financial enterprises and financial-technology companies.
