Zhong Lun Law Firm is expanding its private equity and investment funds business in Shenzhen with the hiring of partner Wei Wei, who joins from JunZeJun Law Offices.
Wei brings 10 years of experience in advising private equity investment and financing, fund establishment and operation, asset securitisation and trusts, especially focusing on insolvency restructuring oriental trusts, long-term rental apartment investment and asset-backed securitisation.
Based on her previous experience in serving clients in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, she is also able to provide cross-border legal services.
