class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u662f\u6307\u4e0e\u6807\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u53d1\u884c\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u60c5\u51b5\u6709\u5173\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u6807\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u5de5\u5177\u6216\u76f8\u5173\u91d1\u878d\u5de5\u5177\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u9020\u6210\u660e\u663e\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u4f46\u5c1a\u672a\u516c\u5f00\u6216\u4e3a\u5e02\u573a\u666e\u904d\u6240\u77e5\u7684\u7cbe\u786e\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u5bf9\u4ef7\u683c\u6709\u660e\u663e\u5f71\u54cd\u8fd9\u4e00\u8981\u4ef6\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u201c\u7406\u667a\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u6d4b\u8bd5\u201d\u3002\u7406\u667a\u7684\u6295\u8d44\u8005\u5728\u505a\u51b3\u7b56\u65f6\u5e94\u8be5\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u7684\u975e\u516c\u5f00\u4fe1\u606f\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7b26\u5408\u7cbe\u786e\u6027\u8981\u4ef6\u7684\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u4f20\u8a00\u548c\u63e3\u6d4b\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d1\u751f\u6216\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u5408\u7406\u9884\u671f\u5c06\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u5e76\u4e14\u975e\u5e38\u5177\u4f53\u3001\u8db3\u4ee5\u5224\u65ad\u5bf9\u4ef7\u683c\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u591a\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u3002\u4f46\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u5e76\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u5b8c\u6574\u3001\u660e\u786e\u3001\u6700\u7ec8\u6216\u4e0d\u9644\u5e26\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e0e\u8ba1\u5212\u4e2d\u548c\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2d\u7684\u517c\u5e76\u4ea4\u6613\u6709\u5173\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u5173\u8fdb\u884c\u4e2d\u7684\u5408\u5e76\u8c08\u5224\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u6784\u6210\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u5730\u57df\u7ba1\u8f96\u8303\u56f4<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u632a\u5a01\u7684\u5185\u5e55\u4ea4\u6613\u6cd5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u4e16\u754c\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u4e0e\u5df2\u7ecf\u6216\u51c6\u5907\u5728\u632a\u5a01\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u5de5\u5177\u6709\u5173\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u573a\u5185\u4ea4\u6613\u548c\u573a\u5916\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5982\u679c\u632a\u5a01\u5883\u5185\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5185\u5e55\u4ea4\u6613\u7275\u6d89\u5230\u5728\u5176\u5b83\u6b27\u6d32\u7ecf\u6d4e\u533a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u8be5\u4ea4\u6613\u4e5f\u53d7\u7981\u4ee4\u7ba1\u8f96\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u5185\u5e55\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8fc7\u53bb\u51e0\u5e74\u6765\u6839\u636e\u5185\u5e55\u4ea4\u6613\u6cd5\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u8d77\u8bc9\u4e2d\uff0c\u5df2\u7ecf\u6709\u4eba\u56e0\u5728\u517c\u5e76\u524d\u6216\u517c\u5e76\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53c2\u4e0e\u5185\u5e55\u4ea4\u6613\u800c\u88ab\u5224\u6709\u7f6a\u3002\u4ece\u65e2\u5f80\u5224\u4f8b\u770b\uff0c\u5bf9\u5185\u5e55\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u60e9\u7f5a\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u4e25\u5389\u3002\u6839\u636e\u65e2\u5f80\u5224\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e0e\u8ba1\u5212\u517c\u5e76\u9879\u76ee\u6709\u5173\u7684\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u88ab\u8ba4\u5b9a\u5728\u517c\u5e76\u8fc7\u7a0b\u521d\u671f\u4fbf\u5df2\u5b58\u5728\uff0c\u4e14\u5bf9\u521d\u671f\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u884c\u4e3a\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u9650\u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5bf9\u5185\u5e55\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u5224\u51b3\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u67d0\u9879\u8ba1\u5212\u5df2\u7ecf\u53d6\u5f97\u4e00\u540d\u516c\u53f8\u5185\u90e8\u6709\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u6216\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u6210\u5458\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u5373\u4f7f\u8ba1\u5212\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u517c\u5e76\u8981\u7ea6\u5c1a\u672a\u88ab\u5bf9\u65b9\u91c7\u7eb3\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u5145\u5206\u3001\u5177\u4f53\u3001\u7cbe\u786e\u7684\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u4e0a\u5e02\u53d1\u884c\u4eba\u7684\u62ab\u9732\u4e49\u52a1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">2007\u5e745\u670824\u65e5\uff0c\u5965\u65af\u9646\u8bc1\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u516c\u5e03\u4e86\u6709\u5173Hydro\/Statoil\u5408\u5e76\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u5904\u7406\u51b3\u5b9a\uff08\u4e24\u516c\u53f8\u5747\u4e3a\u79bb\u5cb8\u8fd0\u8425\u516c\u53f8\uff09\u3002Hydro\u548cStatoil\u57282006\u5e7412\u670818\u65e5\u66fe\u5411\u5e02\u573a\u62ab\u9732\uff0c\u4e24\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u5df2\u540c\u610f\u5411\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u80a1\u4e1c\u5927\u4f1a\u5efa\u8bae\u5c06Hydro\u7684\u77f3\u6cb9\u548c\u5929\u7136\u6c14\u4e1a\u52a1\u4e0eStatoil\u5408\u5e76\u3002<\/p>\n<figure class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u610f\u8be5\u89c2\u70b9\uff0c\u79f0\u4e24\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u95f4\u5df2\u957f\u65f6\u95f4\u63a5\u89e6\u5e76\u7814\u7a76\u5408\u5e76\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u3002\u4e24\u516c\u53f8\u7ba1\u7406\u5c42\u5df2\u4e3e\u884c\u591a\u6b21\u4f1a\u8c08\uff0c\u4f1a\u8c08\u7ed3\u679c\u4e5f\u5df2\u901a\u77e5\u4e24\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u4e3b\u5e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5965\u65af\u9646\u8bc1\u4ea4\u6240\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6700\u665a\u57282006\u5e7412\u670814\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u5b58\u5728\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u8463\u4e8b\u4f1a\u5df2\u7ecf\u6279\u51c6\u5f00\u59cb\u5408\u5e76\u8c08\u5224\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u4e0e\u5408\u5e76\u8fc7\u7a0b\u6709\u5173\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u5728\u6b64\u9636\u6bb5\u5df2\u7ecf\u5145\u5206\u5177\u4f53\uff0c\u8db3\u4ee5\u4f7f\u4eba\u5bf9\u5408\u5e76\u4ea4\u6613\u53ef\u80fd\u5bf9\u4e24\u5bb6\u5f53\u4e8b\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u4ef7\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u5f97\u51fa\u7ed3\u8bba\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6784\u6210\u5185\u5e55\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u8fd8\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e24\u5bb6\u516c\u53f8\u57282004\u5e74\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5408\u5e76\u4f1a\u8c08\u672a\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u800c\u5e02\u573a\u731c\u6d4b\u5408\u5e76\u4f1a\u8c08\u5c06\u91cd\u542f\uff0c\u8fd9\u8868\u660e\u4e0e\u4e24\u8005\u4e4b\u95f4\u63a5\u89e6\u6709\u5173\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u4fe1\u606f\u53ef\u80fd\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u654f\u611f\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u4efb\u4f55\u4e2a\u4eba\u3001\u5b9e\u4f53\u6216\u4e00\u81f4\u884c\u52a8\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u8d2d\u4e70\u6216\u5904\u7f6e\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u4efd\u6216\u80a1\u4efd\u7684\u9644\u5e26\u6743\u5229\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u8868\u51b3\u6743\u548c\u80a1\u4efd\u7684\u51fa\u501f\uff09\u7684\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8be5\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u4ee5\u632a\u5a01\u4e3a\u672c\u56fd\uff0c\u4e14\u6536\u8d2d\u6216\u5904\u7f6e\u540e\u5176\u5bf9\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u603b\u6240\u6709\u6743\u8d85\u8fc7\uff08\u6216\u4f4e\u4e8e\uff09\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u8868\u51b3\u6743\u6216\u5168\u90e8\u53d1\u884c\u80a1\u4efd\u6570\u76845%\u300110%\u300115%\u300120%\u300125%\u30011\/3\u300150%\u30012\/3\u621690%\uff0c\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u7acb\u5373\u901a\u77e5\u8be5\u53d7\u76d1\u7ba1\u5e02\u573a\u3002\u80a1\u4e1c\u83b7\u77e5\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u5b83\u60c5\u51b5\u5c06\u5bfc\u81f4\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e0a\u8ff0\u6807\u51c6\u7684\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0a\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e5f\u540c\u6837\u9002\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p
