Natural Shanti Badam Amla\u53d1\u6cb9)\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u6ce8\u518c\u5546\u6807\u3002Marico\u516c\u53f8\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u6848\u6d89\u5370\u5237\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u201c<em>Yaad Rakhna, Sasta Aawla, balo ko mehenga padega <\/em>\u201d\u6216\u201c\u8bb0\u4f4f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u7528\u5ec9\u4ef7\u7684\u918b\u6817\u53d1\u6cb9\uff0c\u4f60\u7684\u5934\u53d1\u4f1a\u53d7\u635f\u201d\u7684\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u6784\u6210\u4e00\u822c\u6027\u8d2c\u635f\u548c\u865a\u6784\u4e8b\u5b9e\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">Marico\u516c\u53f8\u79f0\uff0c\u6848\u6d89\u5370\u5237\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\u4e00\u4e2a\u7c7b\u4f3c\u4e8e\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u74f6\u5b50\uff0c\u6807\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u7ea2\u53c9\uff0c\u6697\u793a\u62d2\u7edd\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u6d41\u4f20\u7684\u4e00\u6761WhatsApp\u4fe1\u606f\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4e00\u53ea\u62f3\u51fb\u624b\u5957\u51fb\u5012Marico\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u74f6\u5b50\uff0c\u8868\u660e\u6848\u6d89\u5e7f\u544a\u9488\u5bf9\u539f\u544a\u53ca\u5176\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4f46\u88ab\u544a\u8fa9\u79f0\uff0c\u6848\u6d89\u5370\u5237\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u7684sasta\u4e00\u8bcd\u65e2\u6ca1\u6709\u8d2c\u4f4e\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5177\u6709\u8bef\u5bfc\u6027\u3002\u8be5\u5e7f\u544a\u5e76\u672a\u63d0\u5230\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002Sasta\u6307\u8d28\u6b21\u4ef7\u5ec9\u7684\u53d1\u6cb9\uff0c\u88ab\u544a\u58f0\u79f0\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u918b\u6817\u53d1\u6cb9\u6bd4\u8d28\u6b21\u4ef7\u5ec9\u7684\u53d1\u6cb9\u66f4\u6709\u4f18\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u8bc4\u4f30\u6848\u6d89\u5e7f\u544a\u662f\u5426\u5177\u6709\u8d2c\u635f\u6027\u65f6\uff0c\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u91c7\u7528\u4e86\u666e\u901a\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4ee5\u53ca\u6848\u6d89\u5e7f\u544a\u5bf9\u666e\u901a\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u6240\u9020\u6210\u5f71\u54cd\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u66fe\u7ecf\u5728<a href=\"https:\/\/indiankanoon.org\/doc\/924003\/\"><em>Pepsi Co Inc and Ors v Hindustan Coca-Cola Limited<\/em><\/a>\u6848\u4e2d\u5224\u51b3\u8ba4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5728\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u6784\u6210\u8d2c\u635f\u65f6\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u8003\u8651\u5e7f\u544a\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u3001\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u6545\u4e8b\u60c5\u8282\u4ee5\u53ca\u8981\u4f20\u8fbe\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u57fa\u4e8e\u6b64\u5bf9\u672c\u6848\u4f5c\u51fa\u5224\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5728\u4e0a\u8ff0\u56e0\u7d20\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e7f\u544a\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5e7f\u544a\u5632\u7b11\u6216\u8bcb\u6bc1\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5c31\u6784\u6210\u8d2c\u635f\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u5e7f\u544a\u53ea\u662f\u58f0\u79f0\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u66f4\u597d\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u5632\u7b11\u5176\u4ed6\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u4e0d\u80fd\u8d77\u8bc9\u3002\u5355\u7eaf\u5439\u5618\u4e0d\u5c5e\u4e8e\u53ef\u8bc9\u884c\u4e3a\u3002\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u4ee5\u58f0\u79f0\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d28\u91cf\u66f4\u597d\u6216\u6700\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u4e0e\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u6bd4\u8f83\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5c31\u4e0d\u80fd\u8bcb\u6bc1\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u80fd\u58f0\u79f0\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e3a\u52a3\u8d28\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u63f4\u5f15\u5b5f\u4e70\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u4e4b\u524d\u6d89\u53caMarico\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5224\u51b3\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u7c7b\u4f3c\u5e7f\u544a\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u6697\u793a\u6240\u6709\u4fbf\u5b9c\u7684\u918b\u6817\u53d1\u6cb9\u5747\u5c5e\u52a3\u8d28\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u76ee\u7684\u53ea\u662f\u63d0\u9192\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u6ce8\u610f\u4f7f\u7528\u6b64\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u8d28\u91cf\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u5728\u9605\u8bfb\u6848\u6d89\u5e7f\u544a\u65f6\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5c06sasta amla\u4e00\u8bcd\u4e0e\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u8054\u7cfb\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u6848\u6d89\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u7684\u74f6\u5b50\u65e2\u6ca1\u6709\u63d0\u5230\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u4e5f\u6ca1\u6709\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u95f4\u63a5\u6697\u793a\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u52a3\u8d28\u3002\u8fd9\u5e76\u975e\u5bf9\u6240\u6709\u4fbf\u5b9c\u918b\u6817\u53d1\u6cb9\u7684\u4e00\u822c\u6027\u8d2c\u635f\u3002\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u5c06\u6848\u6d89\u5e7f\u544a\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u5439\u5618\u6027\u800c\u975e\u8bfd\u8c24\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6848\u6d89\u5370\u5237\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u7684\u77ed\u8bed\u201cAsli Amla, Dabur Amla\u201d\u662f\u88ab\u544a\u7684\u6ce8\u518c\u5546\u6807\uff0c\u88ab\u544a\u6709\u6743\u4f7f\u7528\u3002\u8be5\u77ed\u8bed\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u6697\u793a\u53ea\u6709\u88ab\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u662f\u6b63\u54c1\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5f3a\u8c03\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u88ab\u544a\u5728\u6848\u6d89\u5370\u5237\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u58f0\u79f0\u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u53d1\u6cb9\u5934\u53d1\u4f1a\u52a0\u500d\u7ed3\u5b9e\uff0c\u539f\u544a\u5bf9\u6b64\u8868\u793a\u5f02\u8bae\uff0c\u4f46\u9274\u4e8e\u5176\u4ed6\u6cd5\u9662\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u4e4b\u524d\u5df2\u7ecf\u8003\u8651\u8fc7\u539f\u544a\u7684\u8fd9\u4e2a\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u9a73\u56de\u4e86\u539f\u544a\u7684\u5f02\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u539f\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u6848\u6d89WhatsApp\u5e7f\u544a\u7cfb\u7ecf\u88ab\u544a\u540c\u610f\u4f20\u64ad\uff0c\u88ab\u544a\u5219\u5426\u8ba4\u4e0e\u6b64\u4e8b\u6709\u7275\u8fde\u3002\u8bc1\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u88ab\u544a\u5458\u5de5\u53c2\u4e0e\u53d1\u8d77\u548c\u4f20\u64adWhatsApp\u6d88\u606f\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u4f9d\u636e\u7684\u662f\u88ab\u544a\u548c\u5176\u5e7f\u544a\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u5f80\u6765\uff0c\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\u548c\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u88ab\u544a\u5458\u5de5\u672c\u610f\u5e76\u975e\u8d2c\u4f4e\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4f20\u8fbe\u88ab\u544a\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u4f18\u8d8a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u6848\u6d89\u5370\u5237\u5e7f\u544a\u6ca1\u6709\u660e\u663e\u63d0\u53ca\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u5e7f\u544a\u4e2d\u7684sasta amla\u4e00\u8bcd\u6ca1\u6709\u76f4\u63a5\u6216\u95f4\u63a5\u6697\u793a\u539f\u544a\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u3002\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u62d2\u7edd\u4e86Marico\u516c\u53f8\u4e0e\u6848\u6d89\u5370\u5237\u5e7f\u544a\u6709\u5173\u7684\u7981\u4ee4\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u9274\u4e8e\u88ab\u544a\u4e0d\u53cd\u5bf9\uff0c\u5fb7\u91cc\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u6279\u51c6\u4e86\u7981\u6b62\u4f20\u64ad\u6848\u6d89WhatsApp\u5e7f\u544a\u7684\u7981\u4ee4\u3002<\/p>\n<hr
