\u300a\u6700\u9ad8\u9662\u5173\u4e8e\u529e\u7406\u6267\u884c\u5f02\u8bae\u548c\u590d\u8bae\u6848\u4ef6\u82e5\u5e72\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u300b\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u300a\u5f02\u8bae\u590d\u8bae\u89c4\u5b9a\u300b\uff09\uff0c\u8d4b\u4e88\u5546\u54c1\u623f\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8bf7\u6c42\u6743\u6216\u8005\u4ef7\u6b3e\u8fd4\u8fd8\u8bf7\u6c42\u6743\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u201c\u8d2d\u623f\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u201d\uff09\u4f18\u4e8e\u5efa\u8bbe\u5de5\u7a0b\u4ef7\u6b3e\u4f18\u5148\u53d7\u507f\u6743\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u201c\u5de5\u7a0b\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u201d\uff09\u3001\u62b5\u62bc\u6743\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u503a\u6743\u7684\u6e05\u507f\u6743\u5229\u987a\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u300a\u6279\u590d\u300b\u7cfb\u6839\u636e\u6cb3\u5357\u9ad8\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u7684 \u201c\u623f\u4f01\u98ce\u9669\u5316\u89e3\u4e2d\u6743\u5229\u987a\u4f4d\u95ee\u9898\u201d\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u5177\u6709\u53f8\u6cd5\u89e3\u91ca\u6548\u529b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u53ef\u5728\u672a\u6765\u6c11\u5546\u4e8b\u5ba1\u5224\u3001\u6267\u884c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7834\u4ea7\u7b49\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u5ba1\u5224\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u76f4\u63a5\u63f4\u5f15\u548c\u9002\u7528\uff0c\u5bf9\u300a\u5f02\u8bae\u590d\u8bae\u89c4\u5b9a\u300b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u8c03\u6574\uff0c\u5c06\u5bf9\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u4f01\u4e1a\u503a\u52a1\u91cd\u7ec4\u548c\u91cd\u6574\u6784\u6210\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u8d2d\u623f\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u7684\u6761\u4ef6<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u300a\u6279\u590d\u300b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8d4b\u4e88\u8d2d\u623f\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u65f6\u5e94\u540c\u65f6\u5177\u5907\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56db\u4e2a\u6761\u4ef6\uff1a<\/p>\n<figure justify;\"><strong>\u4eab\u6709\u8d2d\u623f\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u7684\u4e3b\u4f53\u5e94\u5f53\u4e3a\u5546\u54c1\u623f\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\uff08\u4e0b\u79f0\u201c\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u201d\uff09\u3002<\/strong>\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u7cfb\u4e3a\u751f\u6d3b\u9700\u8981\u8d2d\u4e70\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u5546\u54c1\u623f\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u4eba\u3002\u8d2d\u623f\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u8bbe\u7f6e\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5728\u4e8e\u4fdd\u969c\u516c\u6c11\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u800c\u6cd5\u4eba\u548c\u975e\u6cd5\u4eba\u7ec4\u7ec7\u663e\u7136\u4e0d\u5728\u751f\u5b58\u6743\u4fdd\u969c\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u9700\u8981\u4ec5\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u5c45\u4f4f\u9700\u8981\u4e3a\u9650\u3002<\/strong>\u300a\u6279\u590d\u300b\u672a\u5bf9\u751f\u6d3b\u9700\u8981\u4f5c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u91ca\u4e49\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7ed3\u5408\u5386\u5e74\u5224\u4f8b\u4ee5\u53ca\u6700\u9ad8\u9662\u53f8\u6cd5\u89e3\u91ca\u7406\u89e3\u4e0e\u9002\u7528\u7cfb\u5217\u4e66\u7c4d\u4e2d\u7684\u610f\u89c1\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5c45\u4f4f\u9700\u8981\u7684\u5224\u65ad\u5e94\u5f53\u4ece\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u6570\u91cf\u3001\u5176\u5728\u540c\u533a\u57df\uff08\u5373\u540c\u4e00\u793e\u533a\u7684\u5e02\u6216\u53bf\u7ea7\u884c\u653f\u533a\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff09\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u540d\u4e0b\u623f\u5c4b\u5957\u6570\u3001\u6240\u8d2d\u5546\u54c1\u623f\u89c4\u5212\u7528\u9014\u7b49\u591a\u89d2\u5ea6\u7efc\u5408\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u7b80\u5355\u4ee5\u540c\u533a\u57df\u540d\u4e0b\u623f\u5c4b\u6570\u91cf\u3001\u623f\u5c4b\u89c4\u5212\u7528\u9014\u7b49\u5355\u4e00\u7ef4\u5ea6\u5224\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5982\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u5bb6\u5ead\u4eba\u5747\u4f4f\u623f\u9762\u79ef\u5c0f\u4e8e\u6216\u8005\u672a\u7578\u9ad8\u4e8e\u540c\u533a\u57df\u7684\u4eba\u5747\u4f4f\u5b85\u9762\u79ef\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u56e0\u901a\u52e4\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u56e0\u800c\u8d2d\u4e70\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u5219\u5373\u4fbf\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u5728\u540c\u533a\u57df\u5df2\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5e94\u7b80\u5355\u6392\u9664\u5176\u8d2d\u623f\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u56e0\u623f\u4ea7\u8c03\u63a7\u653f\u7b56\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u9650\u8d2d\uff09\u548c\u8282\u7ea6\u5f00\u652f\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u4f4f\u5bbf\u4e8e\u6240\u8d2d\u5546\u94fa\u4e2d\uff09\u7b49\u539f\u56e0\u8d2d\u4e70\uff0c\u5e76\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u89c4\u5212\u7528\u9014\u4e3a\u5546\u4e1a\u3001\u5546\u4f4f\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\uff0c\u4ea6\u5e94\u4f5c\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u751f\u6d3b\u9700\u6c42\u7406\u89e3\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u7b7e\u8ba2\u548c\u5c65\u884c\u8d2d\u623f\u5408\u540c\u8bbe\u5b9a\u8ba9\u4e0e\u62c5\u4fdd\u3001\u4ee5\u623f\u62b5\u503a\u3001\u5957\u53d6\u6309\u63ed\u8d37\u6b3e\u7b49\u884c\u4e3a,\u5176\u6743\u5229\u4eba\u4e0d\u5f97\u4f9d\u636e\u300a\u6279\u590d\u300b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e3b\u5f20\u8d2d\u623f\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u7684\u8d2d\u4e70\u884c\u4e3a\u5e94\u5f53\u5408\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u3002<\/strong>\u7ed3\u5408<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pkulaw.com\/chl\/d2b230d59fa8c287bdfb.html?way=textSlc#tiao_16\">\u300a\u5f02\u8bae\u590d\u8bae\u89c4\u5b9a\u300b<\/a>\u7b2c29\u6761\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u5e94\u5f53\u7b7e\u8ba2\u5408\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u7684\u4e66\u9762\u4e70\u5356\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u4ef6\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u4e3b\u7ba1\u884c\u653f\u673a\u5173\u516c\u5e03\u7684\u8d2d\u623f\u5408\u540c\u793a\u8303\u6587\u672c\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u4ef6\u5185\u5bb9\u5177\u5907\u300a\u5546\u54c1\u623f\u9500\u552e\u7ba1\u7406\u529e\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c\u5341\u516d\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u672c\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u6240\u7b7e\u8ba2\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u4f9d\u6cd5\u53d1\u751f\u6548\u529b\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u623f\u5c4b\u7cfb\u9884\u552e\u7684\uff0c\u5219\u6240\u8d2d\u623f\u5c4b\u8fd8\u5e94\u5f53\u4f9d\u6cd5\u529e\u7406\u9884\u552e\u8bb8\u53ef\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u5e94\u5f53\u652f\u4ed8\u5168\u90e8\u4ef7\u6b3e\u3002<\/strong>\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u652f\u4ed8\u5168\u90e8\u4ef7\u6b3e\u65e2\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u7b7e\u8ba2\u5408\u540c\u540e\u4f9d\u7ea6\u652f\u4ed8\u5168\u90e8\u4ef7\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\u5728\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\u540e\u4e00\u5ba1\u6cd5\u5ead\u8fa9\u8bba\u7ec8\u7ed3\u524d\u5b9e\u9645\u652f\u4ed8\u5168\u989d\u4ef7\u6b3e\u3002\u76f8\u8f83\u4e8e\u6b64\u524d\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u89e3\u91ca\u548c\u53f8\u6cd5\u653f\u7b56\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u5bf9\u6297\u5de5\u7a0b\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u3001\u62b5\u62bc\u6743\u7b49\u7684\u6761\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\u5373\u4e3a\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u8d85\u8fc7\u5408\u540c\u4ef7\u6b3e50%\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u652f\u4ed8\u5408\u540c\u4ef7\u6b3e\u63a5\u8fd150%\u5e76\u5c06\u5269\u4f59\u4ef7\u6b3e\u8865\u8db3\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u4e0d\u80fd\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u5224\u65ad<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u300a\u6279\u590d\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u5728\u623f\u5c4b\u4e0d\u80fd\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4e14\u65e0\u5b9e\u9645\u4ea4\u4ed8\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u6709\u6743\u4e3b\u5f20\u4ef7\u6b3e\u8fd4\u8fd8\u8bf7\u6c42\u6743\u7684\u4f18\u5148\u987a\u4f4d\u3002\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u5f00\u53d1\u80fd\u5426\u6700\u7ec8\u5b9e\u73b0\u4ea4\u4ed8\u5177\u6709\u5176\u590d\u6742\u6027\u3002\u4ea4\u4ed8\u969c\u788d\u53ef\u80fd\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u7269\u7406\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u5efa\u5de5\u7a0b\u56e0\u4e3a\u5916\u529b\u6bc1\u635f\u3001\u706d\u5931\uff1b\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6765\u6e90\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u884c\u653f\u8bb8\u53ef\u548c\u7ae3\u5de5\u9a8c\u6536\u5907\u6848\u7684\u7f3a\u5931\uff1b\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u6765\u6e90\u4e8e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4e0a\u7684\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9879\u76ee\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u8005\u65bd\u5de5\u4f01\u4e1a\u56e0\u4e3a\u8d44\u91d1\u94fe\u65ad\u88c2\u5bfc\u81f4\u505c\u5de5\u7b49\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u5730\u4ea7\u9879\u76ee\u5386\u7ecf\u591a\u5e74\u540e\uff0c\u7ecf\u8fc7\u5e02\u573a\u590d\u82cf\u5b8c\u6210\u503a\u52a1\u91cd\u7ec4\u6216\u8005\u901a\u8fc7\u7834\u4ea7\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4ecd\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b9e\u73b0\u4ea4\u4ed8\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4e0d\u80fd\u7684\u5224\u65ad\u8f83\u4e3a\u56f0\u96be\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u7b14\u8005\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4ece\u5e73\u8861\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u6743\u5229\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u987a\u4f4d\u6743\u5229\u4eba\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u51fa\u53d1\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u5728\u672a\u6765\u7684\u9002\u7528\u4e2d\u5f15\u5bfc\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u79ef\u6781\u4f5c\u51fa\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4ea6\u6216\u662f\u8fd4\u8fd8\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u6743\uff0c\u4e3a\u5730\u4ea7\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8131\u56f0\u63d0\u4f9b\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u8fd4\u8fd8\u8bf7\u6c42\u6743<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e00\u624b\u5546\u54c1\u623f\u4e70\u5356\u4e2d\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u884c\u4e3a\u901a\u5e38\u6d89\u53ca\u529e\u7406\u6309\u63ed\u8d37\u6b3e\uff0c\u6b64\u79cd\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\uff0c\u94f6\u884c\u4ee5\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u5c1a\u672a\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u623f\u4ea7\u529e\u7406\u9884\u544a\u767b\u8bb0\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u672a\u6765\u7b26\u5408\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6761\u4ef6\u65f6\u6709\u6743\u529e\u7406\u62b5\u62bc\u767b\u8bb0\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ee5\u8d2d\u623f\u4ef7\u6b3e\u5168\u989d\u5411\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u8fd4\u8fd8\uff0c\u5219\u94f6\u884c\u5373\u6709\u6743\u5411\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u4e3b\u5f20\u6309\u63ed\u8d37\u6b3e\u672a\u8fd8\u6b3e\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\u4f7f\u94f6\u884c\u7684\u6e05\u507f\u987a\u4f4d\u4e00\u8dc3\u8d85\u8fc7\u5de5\u7a0b\u6b3e\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u300a\u6279\u590d\u300b\u4ea6\u672a\u660e\u786e\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u4e3b\u5f20\u8fd4\u8fd8\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0b\uff0c\u8d2d\u623f\u6b3e\u5bf9\u5e94\u5229\u606f\u662f\u5426\u4f18\u5148\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u7b14\u8005\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u9002\u7528\u300a\u6279\u590d\u300b\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e94\u5f53\u5c06\u8d2d\u623f\u4eba\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u9996\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4e0e\u6309\u63ed\u8d37\u6b3e\u505a\u51fa\u533a\u5206\uff0c\u4ec5\u8ba4\u5b9a\u9996\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u7684\u5bf9\u8c61\u3002\u81f3\u4e8e\u5229\u606f\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5219\u5e94\u5f53\u53c2\u8003\u53f8\u6cd5\u89e3\u91ca\u5bf9\u5de5\u7a0b\u6b3e\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u7684\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u5373\u4e0d\u7ed9\u4e88\u5229\u606f\u90e8\u5206\u4ee5\u4f18\u5148\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<p
