justify;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u300a\u5211\u6cd5\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\uff08\u5341\u4e00\uff09\u300b\u4e8e2020\u5e7412\u670826\u65e5\u6b63\u5f0f\u901a\u8fc7\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5171\u670947\u4e2a\u4fee\u6b63\u6761\u6587\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u8bc1\u5238\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u4fee\u6539\u6d89\u53ca\uff1a\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u80a1\u7968\u3001\u503a\u5238\u7f6a\u3001\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u3001\u4e0d\u62ab\u9732\u91cd\u8981\u4fe1\u606f\u7f6a\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u865a\u5047\u8bc1\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u7f6a\u548c\u64cd\u7eb5\u8bc1\u5238\u3001\u671f\u8d27\u4ea4\u6613\u5e02\u573a\u7f6a\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u5728\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u8fdb\u884c\u5e76\u8d2d\u91cd\u7ec4\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u52df\u96c6\u8d44\u91d1\u7684\u4f53\u91cf\u5de8\u5927\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u9700\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u53d1\u884c\u65b0\u80a1\u6216\u4f01\u4e1a\u503a\u5238\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u52df\u96c6\u8d44\u91d1\uff1b\u5728\u5177\u4f53\u5e76\u8d2d\u91cd\u7ec4\u7684\u7b79\u5212\u53ca\u5b9e\u65bd\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u4f5c\u4e3a\u516c\u4f17\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u53c8\u9700\u8981\u627f\u62c5\u8f83\u9ad8\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u62ab\u9732\u4e49\u52a1\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u907f\u514d\u5730\u4f1a\u9762\u4e34\u6b64\u6b21\u300a\u5211\u6cd5\u300b\u4fee\u6539\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u98ce\u9669\u4e3b\u8981\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e09\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\uff1a<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u9aa4\u7136\u52a0\u91cd<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u5e76\u8d2d\u9886\u57df\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u8fdd\u6cd5\u72af\u7f6a\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u5982\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u3001\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u3001\u64cd\u7eb5\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u7b49\uff0c\u300a\u5211\u6cd5\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\uff08\u5341\u4e00\uff09\u300b\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u529b\u5ea6\u548c\u8303\u56f4\u5747\u4ee5\u6269\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u3001\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u76f8\u5173\u7f6a\u540d\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u5211\u5168\u9762\u52a0\u91cd\u3002<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u80a1\u7968\u3001\u503a\u5238\u7f6a\u4ece\u539f\u6765\u53ea\u6709\u201c5\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6709\u671f\u5f92\u5211\u6216\u62d8\u5f79\u201d\u4e00\u6863\u81ea\u7531\u5211\uff0c\u8c03\u6574\u4e3a\u4e24\u6863\u81ea\u7531\u5211\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u88ab\u5224\u590415\u5e74\u6709\u671f\u5f92\u5211\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u6216\u8005\u4e0d\u62ab\u9732\u91cd\u8981\u4fe1\u606f\u7f6a\uff0c\u7531\u539f\u6765\u7684\u201c3\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6709\u671f\u5f92\u5211\u6216\u8005\u62d8\u5f79\u201d\u4e00\u6863\u81ea\u7531\u5211\u4fee\u6539\u4e3a\u4e24\u6863\u6cd5\u5b9a\u5211\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u63d0\u9ad8\u7b2c\u4e00\u6863\u5211\u671f\u7684\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u66f4\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6700\u9ad8\u5211\u7684\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u4e3a10\u5e74\u6709\u671f\u5f92\u5211\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u53d6\u6d88\u76f8\u5173\u7f6a\u540d\u7684\u8d22\u4ea7\u5211\u4e0a\u9650\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u4e86\u7f5a\u91d1\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u8fdd\u6cd5\u6210\u672c\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u5211\u6cd5\u4fee\u6539\u524d\uff0c\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u80a1\u7968\u3001\u503a\u5238\u7f6a\u7684\u7f5a\u91d1\u5211\u6700\u9ad8\u4e3a\u201c\u975e\u6cd5\u52df\u96c6\u8d44\u91d1\u91d1\u989d\u767e\u5206\u4e4b\u4e94\u201d\uff0c\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u3001\u4e0d\u62ab\u9732\u91cd\u8981\u4fe1\u606f\u7f6a\u7684\u7f5a\u91d1\u5211\u6700\u9ad8\u4ec5\u4e3a20\u4e07\u5143\u3002\u300a\u5211\u6cd5\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\uff08\u5341\u4e00\uff09\u300b\u76f4\u63a5\u4fee\u6539\u4e3a\u201c\u5e76\u5904\u7f5a\u91d1\u201d\uff0c\u53d6\u6d88\u4e86\u5bf9\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7f6a\u540d\u7f5a\u91d1\u5211\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u7559\u7ed9\u53f8\u6cd5\u89e3\u91ca\u548c\u6cd5\u5b98\u88c1\u91cf\u4e88\u4ee5\u51b3\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u5b8c\u5584\u5bf9\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u3001\u64cd\u7eb5\u5e02\u573a\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u6253\u51fb\u8303\u56f4\u3002<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u672c\u6b21\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u5b8c\u5584\u4e86\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u8bc1\u5238\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u4ece\u539f\u6765\u7684\u201c\u80a1\u7968\u3001\u503a\u5238\u201d\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u201c\u5b58\u6258\u51ed\u8bc1\u6216\u8005\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u4f9d\u6cd5\u8ba4\u5b9a\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u8bc1\u5238\u201d\uff0c\u4ee5\u9002\u5e94\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u65b0\u589e\u4e09\u7c7b\u64cd\u7eb5\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u660e\u786e\u5bf9\u201c\u5e4c\u9a97\u4ea4\u6613\u64cd\u7eb5\u201d\u201c\u86ca\u60d1\u4ea4\u6613\u64cd\u7eb5\u201d\u548c\u201c\u62a2\u5e3d\u5b50\u4ea4\u6613\u64cd\u7eb5\u201d\u7b49\u65b0\u578b\u64cd\u7eb5\u5e02\u573a\u884c\u4e3a\u8ffd\u7a76\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u9700\u8981\u5f3a\u8c03\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u589e\u8bbe\u7684\u5bf9\u5e94\u6761\u6b3e\u5747\u4e3a\u5355\u7eaf\u7684\u91cf\u5211\u89c4\u5219\u6216\u6ce8\u610f\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u4e0d\u89c4\u5b9a\u76f8\u5173\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u63a7\u80a1\u80a1\u4e1c\u3001\u5b9e\u9645\u63a7\u5236\u4eba\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f9d\u7167\u5355\u4f4d\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u4ee5\u8ffd\u7a76\u201c\u4e24\u8d23\u4eba\u5458\u201d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8ffd\u7a76\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u5355\u72ec\u589e\u8bbe\u5bf9\u5e94\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6b64\u4e3e\u7cfb\u7acb\u6cd5\u8005\u610f\u56fe\u6307\u5bfc\u53f8\u6cd5\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8bc1\u5238\u8fdd\u6cd5\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6253\u51fb\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5173\u952e\u5c11\u6570\uff0c\u624d\u662f\u63a7\u5236\u76f8\u5173\u8fdd\u6cd5\u72af\u7f6a\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u91cd\u4e2d\u4e4b\u91cd\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u8fdb\u884c\u5e76\u8d2d\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u201c\u5173\u952e\u5c11\u6570\u201d\u5fc5\u987b\u65f6\u523b\u8c28\u8bb0\u5211\u6cd5\u5229\u5251\u9ad8\u60ac\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u5408\u89c4\u7ecf\u8425\u9632\u8303\u4e25\u5cfb\u5211\u4e8b\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u5173\u4e8e\u5355\u4f4d\u72af\u7f6a\u8ba4\u5b9a\u7684\u6ce8\u610f\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u3001\u4e0d\u62ab\u9732\u91cd\u8981\u4fe1\u606f\u7f6a\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u7f6a\u72b6\u660e\u786e\u663e\u793a\u8d23\u4efb\u4e3b\u4f53\u662f\u4f9d\u6cd5\u8d1f\u6709\u4fe1\u606f\u62ab\u9732\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u770b\u4f3c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u7edd\u5bf9\u7684\u5355\u4f4d\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u6839\u636e\u300a\u5211\u6cd5\u300b\u5bf9\u5355\u4f4d\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u8be5\u6761\u5e76\u672a\u89c4\u5b9a\u5355\u4f4d\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0d\u80fd\u5bf9\u6d89\u5acc\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u5355\u4f4d\u8ffd\u7a76\u8be5\u7f6a\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u5982\u6b64\u89c4\u5b9a\u662f\u8003\u8651\u5230\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u6d89\u53ca\u591a\u5143\u5229\u76ca\u7fa4\u4f53\uff0c\u89e6\u72af\u6d89\u6848\u5355\u4f4d\u5c06\u9020\u6210\u4e2d\u5c0f\u80a1\u4e1c\u7684\u53cc\u91cd\u635f\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>\u52a0\u91cd\u5904\u7f5a\u529b\u5ea6<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u968f\u7740\u5bf9\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u529b\u5ea6\u9010\u6b65\u52a0\u5f3a\uff0c\u627f\u62c5\u8d44\u4ea7\u8bc4\u4f30\u3001\u9a8c\u8d44\u3001\u4fdd\u8350\u7b49\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u7684\u5ba1\u614e\u4e49\u52a1\u9700\u76f8\u5e94\u63d0\u9ad8\u3002\u672c\u6b21\u4fee\u6cd5\u660e\u786e\u5217\u4e3e\u51fa\u4fdd\u8350\u7b49\u4eba\u5458\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u72af\u7f6a\u4e3b\u4f53\u8303\u56f4\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u4fee\u6b63\u6848\u8fd8\u52a0\u5927\u4e86\u8be5\u7c7b\u72af\u7f6a\u7684\u5904\u7f5a\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u82e5\u8be5\u7c7b\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u865a\u5047\u8bc4\u4f30\u3001\u8bc1\u660e\u7b49\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u5c06\u4ece\u539f\u6765\u7684\u4e94\u5e74\u589e\u52a0\u5230\u5341\u5e74\u6709\u671f\u5f92\u5211\u3002\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u4e4b\u524d\u53d7\u8d3f\u60c5\u8282\u4e5f\u7531\u52a0\u91cd\u60c5\u8282\u4fee\u6539\u4e3a\u62e9\u4e00\u91cd\u7f6a\u8bba\u5904\u3002\u5c06\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u201c\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u201d\u4e0e\u5e02\u573a\u771f\u6b63\u884c\u4e3a\u4e3b\u4f53\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u201c\u4e00\u89c6\u540c\u4ec1\u201d\uff0c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u770b\u51fa\u4e2d\u56fd\u5bf9\u8bc1\u5238\u5e02\u573a\u5f3a\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u4e25\u5389\u6253\u51fb\u8be5\u5e02\u573a\u8fdd\u6cd5\u72af\u7f6a\u884c\u4e3a\u7684\u51b3\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u793e\u4f1a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u98de\u901f\u524d\u8fdb\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u8d44\u672c\u5e02\u573a\u8fc5\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u8bc1\u5238\u671f\u8d27\u72af\u7f6a\u6848\u4ef6\u4e5f\u5448\u9010\u5e74\u4e0a\u5347\u6001\u52bf\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5728\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u5e76\u8d2d\u91cd\u7ec4\u4e2d\uff0c\u6b3a\u8bc8\u53d1\u884c\u8bc1\u5238\u3001\u8fdd\u89c4\u62ab\u9732\u3001\u4e0d\u62ab\u9732\u4fe1\u606f\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u6784\u6210\u5211\u4e8b\u72af\u7f6a\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5211\u4e8b\u8d23\u4efb\u65e5\u8d8b\u4e25\u5cfb\uff0c\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8463\u76d1\u9ad8\u3001\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u670d\u52a1\u4eba\u5458\u90fd\u5e94\u8be5\u5168\u9762\u63d0\u9ad8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc6\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u7262\u56fa\u6811\u7acb\u98ce\u9669\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u5408\u89c4\u7ecf\u8425\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u8bef\u8e29\u5211\u4e8b\u7ea2\u7ebf\u3002<\/p>\n<p
