class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u4ef2\u88c1\u671f\u9650<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u8d38\u4ef2\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u8981\u6c42\u5e76\u4e14\u8d38\u4ef2\u4e3b\u4efb\u8ba4\u4e3a\u786e\u6709\u6b63\u5f53\u7406\u7531\u548c\u5fc5\u8981\u5ef6\u957f\u671f\u9650\u5916\uff0c\u5728\u666e\u901a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u5e94\u5f53\u5728\u7ec4\u5ead\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d776\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u4f5c\u51fa\u88c1\u51b3\u4e66\u3002\u8d38\u4ef2\u89c4\u5219\u4e2d\u660e\u786e\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u671f\u9650\u6beb\u65e0\u7591\u95ee\u5c06\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5bf9\u4ef2\u88c1\u65f6\u95f4\u4f5c\u9884\u5148\u5224\u65ad\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u6743\u8861\u6240\u9700\u8017\u8d39\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u800c\u6e2f\u4ef2\u89c4\u5219\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u5bf9\u4f9d\u666e\u901a\u7a0b\u5e8f\u8fdb\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u7684\u671f\u9650\u4f5c\u51fa\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u7528<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"Body-NoIndent-Bold-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u8d39\u7528\u9884\u7f34<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/beta2.law.asia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Jim-Qiu.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/h3>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u8d38\u4ef2\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u5e94\u5148\u7531\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5728\u7533\u8bf7\u4ef2\u88c1\u65f6\u6216\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5728\u63d0\u8d77\u53cd\u8bc9\u65f6\u9884\u7f34\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u7528\u6839\u636e\u53cc\u65b9\u4e89\u8bae\u91d1\u989d\u53ca\u300a\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u7528\u8868\u300b\u4e2d\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684\u76f8\u5e94\u6bd4\u4f8b\u8fdb\u884c\u8ba1\u7b97\uff1b\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6d89\u5916\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u6bcf\u6848\u53e6\u6536\u7acb\u6848\u8d39\u4eba\u6c11\u5e0110,000\u5143\u3002\u6574\u4f53\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u673a\u6784\u76f8\u6bd4\uff0c\u8d38\u4ef2\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u7528\u76f8\u5bf9\u8f83\u4f4e\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u6e2f\u4ef2\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u4ef2\u88c1\u901a\u77e5\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u7f34\u4ed8\u53d7\u7406\u8d391,000\u7f8e\u91d1\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u6e2f\u4ef2\u5c06\u4e0d\u4f1a\u7ee7\u7eed\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7ec4\u6210\u540e\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u7684\u6536\u8d39\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u7684\u5dee\u65c5\u8d39\u548c\u5f00\u652f\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u4e13\u5bb6\u610f\u89c1\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u534f\u52a9\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u4ee5\u53ca\u6e2f\u4ef2\u7684\u53d7\u7406\u8d39\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u8d39\u7684\u9884\u4ed8\u91d1\uff0c\u5c06\u7531\u5f53\u4e8b\u5404\u65b9\u5e73\u5747\u7f34\u4ed8\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u65b9\u672a\u7f34\u4ed8\uff0c\u53ef\u7531\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u7f34\u4ed8\u3002\u5982\u4ecd\u672a\u7f34\u4ed8\uff0c\u5219\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e2d\u6b62\u6216\u7ec8\u6b62\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u6216\u6309\u5176\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6070\u5f53\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u7ee7\u7eed\u4ef2\u88c1\u3002\u5728\u524d\u8ff0\u8d39\u7528\u5168\u989d\u7f34\u6e05\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u53ef\u4ee5\u62d2\u7edd\u5411\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u53d1\u9001\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5404\u9879\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u91d1\u989d\uff0c\u6e2f\u4ef2\u7684\u300a\u4ef2\u88c1\u6536\u8d39\u548c\u8d39\u7528\u8868\u300b\u4e2d\u6709\u6bd4\u8f83\u8be6\u7ec6\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"Body-NoIndent-Bold-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u627f\u62c5<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u8d38\u4ef2\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u5e94\u5411\u8d38\u4ef2\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u8d39\u7528\u5c06\u7531\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u5728\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u4e66\u4e2d\u88c1\u5b9a\u3002\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u8d25\u8bc9\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d39\u3001\u5dee\u65c5\u8d39\u53ca\u8bc1\u4eba\u8d39\u7528\u7b49\u80dc\u8bc9\u65b9\u56e0\u529e\u7406\u6848\u4ef6\u800c\u652f\u51fa\u7684\u5408\u7406\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u7531\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u6839\u636e\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5728\u88c1\u51b3\u4e66\u4e2d\u88c1\u5b9a\u8d25\u8bc9\u65b9\u4e88\u4ee5\u5408\u7406\u8865\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u6e2f\u4ef2\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u7528\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u7531\u8d25\u8bc9\u65b9\u8d1f\u62c5\uff0c\u4f46\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u53ef\u53c2\u914c\u6848\u4ef6\u60c5\u51b5\u88c1\u5b9a\u7531\u5f53\u4e8b\u5404\u65b9\u5206\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4ef2\u88c1\u6210\u672c\u662f\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u9009\u62e9\u4ef2\u88c1\u65f6\u91cd\u70b9\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u4e8b\u9879\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u9274\u4e8e\u4e24\u9879\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u5747\u8d4b\u4e88\u4e86\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u7684\u6743\u9650\uff0c\u4e3a\u51cf\u5c0f\u4ef2\u88c1\u8d39\u7528\u5206\u644a\u7684\u4e0d\u786e\u5b9a\u6027\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u5f53\u4e8b\u5404\u65b9\u5728\u4ef2\u88c1\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d\u4e8b\u5148\u5c31\u6b64\u4f5c\u51fa\u660e\u786e\u7ea6\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u7684\u5f3a\u5236\u6267\u884c<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8d38\u4ef2\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u5404\u65b9\u5747\u5e94\u4f9d\u7167\u88c1\u51b3\u4e66\u5199\u660e\u7684\u671f\u9650\u5c65\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u4e00\u65b9\u4e0d\u5c65\u884c\u88c1\u51b3\u7684\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u6839\u636e\u5bf9\u65b9\u4f4f\u6240\u5730\u6216\u53ef\u4f9b\u6267\u884c\u8d22\u4ea7\u6240\u5728\u5730\uff0c\u4f9d\u636e\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5411\u6709\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u7684\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u6216\u6839\u636e\u300a\u627f\u8ba4\u53ca\u6267\u884c\u5916\u56fd\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u516c\u7ea6\u300b\u6216\u8005\u4e2d\u56fd\u7f14\u7ed3\u6216\u53c2\u52a0\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u56fd\u9645\u6761\u7ea6\uff0c\u5411\u6709\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u7684\u5916\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u6216\u6839\u636e\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u5185\u5730\u4e0e\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u522b\u884c\u653f\u533a\u76f8\u4e92\u6267\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u300b\u5411\u6709\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6e2f\u4ef2\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u8d25\u8bc9\u4e00\u65b9\u4e3a\u5185\u5730\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u4e14\u4e0d\u5c65\u884c\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u7684\uff0c\u5219\u80dc\u8bc9\u4e00\u65b9\u53ef\u6839\u636e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u300a\u5b89\u6392\u300b\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u5411\u5bf9\u65b9\u4f4f\u6240\u5730\u6216\u8005\u8d22\u4ea7\u6240\u5728\u5730\u7684\u5185\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u6267\u884c\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u5c1a\u6ca1\u6709\u9999\u6e2f\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u5728\u5185\u5730\u6cd5\u9662\u6267\u884c\u60c5\u51b5\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u4f46\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u9ad8\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u51762008\u5e7412\u670815\u65e5\u5411\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u6240\u4f5c\u7684\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u821f\u5c71\u4e2d\u6d77\u7cae\u6cb9\u5de5\u4e1a\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u7533\u8bf7\u4e0d\u4e88\u6267\u884c\u9999\u6e2f\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u4e00\u6848\u7684\u8bf7\u793a\u62a5\u544a\u300b\u4e2d\u63d0\u5230\uff1a\u201c\u9999\u6e2f\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u5728\u5185\u5730\u4e0d\u4e88\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u56fd\u5185\u5c1a\u65e0\u5148\u4f8b\u201d\u3002\u6700\u9ad8\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u4e8e2009\u5e7412\u670830\u65e5\u516c\u5e03\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u9999\u6e2f\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u5728\u5185\u5730\u6267\u884c\u7684\u6709\u5173\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u300b\uff0c\u518d\u6b21\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5411\u5185\u5730\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u7533\u8bf7\u6267\u884c\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u5e94\u5f53\u6309\u7167<a>\u300a\u5b89\u6392\u300b<\/a>\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u7ecf\u5ba1\u67e5\u7684\u6709\u6548\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u51b3\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5185\u5730\u5f97\u5230\u6267\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 justify;\">\u867d\u7136\u8d38\u4ef2\u548c\u6e2f\u4ef2\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u5206\u522b\u53d7\u4e2d\u56fd\u5185\u5730\u548c\u9999\u6e2f\u5404\u81ea\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f53\u5236\u548c\u4ef2\u88c1\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u800c\u6709\u6240\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u4f46\u4e24\u8005\u5e76\u65e0\u663e\u8457\u4f18\u52a3\u4e4b\u5206\u3002\u5f53\u4e8b\u65b9\u53ef\u7ed3\u5408\u6240\u6d89\u4e89\u8bae\u7684\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u4ee5\u4e0a\u4e24\u5927\u4ef2\u88c1\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u533a\u522b\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ef2\u88c1\u7684\u6210\u672c\u3001\u6548\u7387\u548c\u6267\u884c\u6548\u679c\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u4f5c\u51fa\u9002\u5408\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/p>\n<p
