justify;\">2005\u5e74\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u66fe\u59d4\u6258\u4e00\u5bb6\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4ee3\u7406\u673a\u6784\u5bf9\u201c\u96f2\u8feayundi\u53ca\u56fe\u201d\u5546\u6807\u63d0\u51fa\u4e89\u8bae\u64a4\u9500\uff0c2009\u5e74\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u88c1\u5b9a\u4e89\u8bae\u7406\u7531\u4e0d\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u6b64\u5546\u6807\u4e88\u4ee5\u7ef4\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201c\u96f2\u8fea\u201d\u5546\u6807\u6848\u65e2\u5b58\u5728\u7a0b\u5e8f\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e5f\u6d89\u53ca\u5bf9\u5546\u6807\u6cd5\u7b2c\u4e09\u5341\u4e00\u6761\u3001\u5546\u6807\u5ba1\u67e5\u6307\u5357\u76f8\u5173\u89c4\u5b9a\u7b49\u5b9e\u4f53\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u6b64\u6848\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u7126\u70b9\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u539f\u88c1\u5b9a\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u95ee\u9898<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u539f\u88c1\u5b9a\u5b58\u5728\u7a0b\u5e8f\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u8fd9\u6210\u4e3a\u6cd5\u9662\u64a4\u9500\u539f\u88c1\u5b9a\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u7684\u6848\u5377\u53ca\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u4eba\u7684\u5de5\u5546\u6863\u6848\u7b49\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u4e89\u8bae\u5546\u6807\u4e8e2002\u5e744\u6708\u7533\u8bf7\u6ce8\u518c\uff0c\u6ce8\u518c\u4eba\u4e3a\u201c\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u798f\u7530\u533a\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\uff0c\u7434\u884c\u6027\u8d28\u4e3a\u201c\u4e2a\u4f53\u5de5\u5546\u6237\u201d\uff0c\u4e1a\u4e3b\u4e3a\u201c\u4e50\u67d0\u201d\uff0c2004\u5e742\u6708\u6b64\u7434\u884c\u6ce8\u9500\u30022005\u5e74\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u63d0\u51fa\u5546\u6807\u64a4\u9500\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\uff0c\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u6743\u5229\u4e49\u52a1\u5e94\u7531\u5176\u4e1a\u4e3b\u4e50\u67d0\u627f\u62c5\uff0c\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u5e94\u4ee5\u4e50\u67d0\u4f5c\u4e3a\u7b54\u8fa9\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u6848\u5377\u4e2d\u7528\u4e8e\u8bc1\u660e\u7b54\u8fa9\u4eba\u4e3b\u4f53\u8eab\u4efd\u7684\u201c\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u798f\u7530\u533a\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\u4e2a\u4f53\u7ecf\u8425\u6267\u7167\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u7684\u6210\u7acb\u65e5\u671f\u4e3a2004\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u8be5\u201c\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\u4e1a\u4e3b\u4e3a\u201c\u5f20\u67d0\u201d\u2014\u2014\u6b64\u201c\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\u975e\u5f7c\u201c\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\u3002\u5f20\u67d0\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u5546\u6807\u6743\u5229\u4eba\uff0c\u65e0\u6743\u53c2\u4e0e\u6848\u4ef6\u5ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u672a\u5c3d\u5230\u5ba1\u67e5\u7b54\u8fa9\u4eba\u4e3b\u4f53\u8d44\u683c\u7684\u4e49\u52a1\u3002\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u539f\u88c1\u5b9a\u5b58\u5728\u7a0b\u5e8f\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u88c1\u51b3\u5e94\u64a4\u9500\u3002\u7ecf\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u7b2c\u4e00\u4e2d\u9662\u5ba1\u7406\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u652f\u6301\u4e86\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7406\u7531\u53ca\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u64a4\u9500\u4e86\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u7684\u88c1\u5b9a\u3002\u4e8c\u5ba1\u4e2d\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u5e02\u9ad8\u7ea7\u4eba\u6c11\u6cd5\u9662\u7ef4\u6301\u4e86\u4e00\u5ba1\u5224\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u672c\u6848\u5b9e\u4f53\u95ee\u9898<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e89\u8bae\u5546\u6807\u662f\u5426\u6784\u6210\u5bf9\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u59d3\u540d\u6743\u7684\u4fb5\u72af\u662f\u672c\u6848\u7684\u5b9e\u4f53\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u5728\u5546\u6807\u884c\u653f\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e2d\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4ec5\u4ec5\u6709\u6743\u5224\u51b3\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u91cd\u65b0\u505a\u51fa\u88c1\u51b3\uff0c\u4f46\u65e0\u6743\u76f4\u63a5\u66f4\u6539\u5176\u88c1\u51b3\u3002\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u5728\u5f25\u8865\u7a0b\u5e8f\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u524d\u63d0\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ecd\u53ef\u5c31\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b9e\u4f53\u90e8\u5206\u505a\u51fa\u4e0e\u539f\u88c1\u5b9a\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e3a\u6700\u7ec8\u6210\u529f\u64a4\u9500\u4e89\u8bae\u5546\u6807\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u51fa\u66f4\u6709\u8bf4\u670d\u529b\u7684\u7406\u636e\u3002\u7ecf\u8c03\u67e5\uff0c\u4e50\u67d0\u6ce8\u518c\u201c\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\u5e76\u5c06\u201c\u4e91\u8fea\u201d\u6ce8\u518c\u4e3a\u5546\u6807\uff0c\u5e76\u975e\u5de7\u5408\uff1a\u8be5\u7434\u884c\u4e8e2000\u5e74\u767b\u8bb0\u8bbe\u7acb\uff0c\u6700\u521d\u767b\u8bb0\u7684\u5b57\u53f7\u4e3a\u201c\u798f\u7530\u533a\u677e\u7530\u5723\u8bde\u7528\u54c1\u7ecf\u8425\u90e8\u201d\uff0c\u7ecf\u8425\u8303\u56f4\u4e3a\u201c\u5723\u8bde\u7528\u54c1\u3001\u793c\u54c1\u3001\u73a9\u5177\u201d\uff1b2001\u5e747\u6708\uff0c\u4e50\u67d0\u5c06\u5b57\u53f7\u53d8\u66f4\u4e3a\u201c\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\u798f\u7530\u533a\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5728\u7ecf\u8425\u8303\u56f4\u4e2d\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u201c\u4e50\u5668\u201d\uff1b\u800c\u5c31\u5728\u6b64\u524d\u76842000\u5e7410\u6708\uff0c\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u8096\u90a6\u94a2\u7434\u6bd4\u8d5b\u91d1\u5956\uff0c\u5728\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u6df1\u9020\u548c\u5c45\u4f4f\u7684\u5e7f\u4e1c\u7701\u6df1\u5733\u5e02\uff0c\u5176\u59d3\u540d\u88ab\u5e7f\u6cdb\u62a5\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u201c\u4e91\u8fea\u7434\u884c\u201d\u53d8\u66f4\u5b57\u53f7\u4ee5\u53ca\u7ecf\u8425\u8303\u56f4\u7684\u4e3e\u52a8\u6070\u6070\u662f\u5728\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u83b7\u5956\u7684\u5341\u4e2a\u6708\u540e\uff0c\u53c8\u4e8e2002\u5e744\u6708\u5411\u4e2d\u56fd\u5546\u6807\u5c40\u7533\u8bf7\u6ce8\u518c\u4e86\u201c\u96f2\u8feayundi\u53ca\u56fe\u201d\u5546\u6807\uff0c\u6307\u5b9a\u4f7f\u7528\u4e8e\u201c\u94a2\u7434\u201d\u7b49\u4e0e\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u4ece\u4e8b\u7684\u94a2\u7434\u6f14\u594f\u4e8b\u4e1a\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e4b\u4e0a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u8fde\u4e32\u884c\u4e3a\u5f88\u96be\u88ab\u89e3\u91ca\u4e3a\u5de7\u5408\u3002\u4e50\u67d0\u6ce8\u518c\u201c\u96f2\u8feayundi\u53ca\u56fe\u201d\u5546\u6807\u662f\u4e3a\u6500\u9644\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u58f0\u8a89\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4e3b\u89c2\u6076\u610f\u3002<\/p>\n<figure style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5546\u8bc4\u59d4\u5185\u90e8\u53c2\u8003\u6587\u4ef6\u300a\u5546\u6807\u5ba1\u67e5\u6807\u51c6\u300b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff1a\u4e89\u8bae\u5546\u6807\u4e0e\u4ed6\u4eba\u59d3\u540d\u4e2d\u7684\u59d3\u548c\u540d\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u8ba4\u5b9a\u4e89\u8bae\u5546\u6807\u4fb5\u72af\u4e86\u4ed6\u4eba\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u6743\u3002\u672c\u6848\u4e2d\u4e89\u8bae\u5546\u6807\u4e2d\u201c\u96f2\u8fea\u201d\u4e8c\u5b57\u4ec5\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u674e\u4e91\u8fea\u7684\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n<p
