justify;\">\u5728\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u548c\u88ab\u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u5747\u5e94\u5f53\u5bf9\u5176\u7533\u8bf7\u3001\u7b54\u8fa9\u548c\u53cd\u8bf7\u6c42\u6240\u4f9d\u636e\u7684\u4e8b\u5b9e\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bc1\u636e\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bc1\u8a00\u5f80\u5f80\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8bc1\u660e\u6848\u4ef6\u4e8b\u5b9e\u3001\u8fd8\u539f\u4e8b\u5b9e\u771f\u76f8\u6709\u7740\u4e0d\u53ef\u53d6\u4ee3\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c06\u4ee5\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u9645\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8d38\u6613\u4ef2\u88c1\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\uff08\u8d38\u4ef2\uff09\u7684\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u6765\u7565\u8ff0\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u7684\u804c\u8d23\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f5c\u8bc1\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u4f1a\u5c06\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u4e2d\u7684\u300a\u56fd\u9645\u5f8b\u5e08\u534f\u4f1a\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u53d6\u8bc1\u89c4\u5219\u300b\uff082010\uff09 (IBA\u89c4\u5219)\u3001\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u9ad8\u6548\u8fdb\u884c\u56fd\u9645\u4ef2\u88c1\u7a0b\u5e8f\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u300b(2018)\uff08\u5e03\u62c9\u683c\u89c4\u5219)\u5bf9\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u4f5c\u8bc1\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u89c4\u5b9a\u505a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u548c\u804c\u8d23<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6839\u636e\u8d38\u4ef2\u300a\u8bc1\u636e\u6307\u5f15\u300b\u7b2c\u516b\u6761\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u80fd\u591f\u8bc1\u660e\u6848\u4ef6\u4e8b\u5b9e\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u96c7\u5458\u3001\u4ee3\u8868\u4eba\u548c\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\uff0c\u5747\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u5bf9\u6240\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u4ef2\u88c1\u6848\u4ef6\u4e2d\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba2\u89c2\u9648\u8ff0\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u5728\u5176\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bc1\u8a00\u4e2d\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u4f9b\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u5730\u5740\u3001\u4e0e\u5404\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u80cc\u666f\u4ecb\u7ecd\u3001\u5bf9\u6709\u5173\u4e89\u8bae\u4e8b\u5b9e\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u8bf4\u660e\u53ca\u5176\u4fe1\u606f\u6765\u6e90\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u51fa\u5177\u8bc1\u8a00\u7684\u65e5\u671f\u548c\u8bc1\u4eba\u672c\u4eba\u7684\u7b7e\u540d\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u4e0d\u80fd\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e2a\u4eba\u4e3b\u89c2\u610f\u89c1\u548c\u89c2\u70b9\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u7ed3\u5408\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4fe1\u606f\u9648\u8ff0\u5176\u6240\u5f97\u77e5\u7684\u5ba2\u89c2\u4e8b\u5b9e\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u4e86\u89e3\u5176\u5173\u5fc3\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u51fa\u5ead\u4f5c\u8bc1\u53ef\u4ee5\u8d77\u5230\u7a81\u51fa\u6838\u5fc3\u4e8b\u5b9e\u95ee\u9898\u3001\u8d2c\u4f4e\u5bf9\u65b9\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bc1\u8a00\u7684\u53ef\u4fe1\u5ea6\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u8bc1\u660e\u5bf9\u65b9\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bb0\u5fc6\u6709\u8bef\u3001\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u5730\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bc1\u636e\u7b49\uff09\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u51fa\u5ead\u5e2e\u52a9\u4ef2\u88c1\u5458\u5728\u53cc\u65b9\u4ea7\u751f\u4e25\u91cd\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5206\u6b67\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5f62\u6210\u5fc3\u8bc1\u3002\u5728\u6848\u4ef6\u67d0\u4e9b\u7ec6\u8282\u95ee\u9898\u6ca1\u6709\u4e66\u9762\u6587\u4ef6\u4e88\u4ee5\u76f4\u63a5\u8bc1\u660e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff08\u6bd4\u5982\u4ee5\u8f6f\u4ef6\u4e3a\u6807\u7684\u7269\u7684\u4e70\u5356\u5408\u540c\u4ec5\u901a\u8fc7\u786c\u76d8\u7684\u73b0\u573a\u4ea4\u63a5\u6765\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea4\u4ed8\uff09\uff0c\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bc1\u8a00\u66f4\u4e3a\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u4f5c\u8bc1\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u4e66\u9762\u7684\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bc1\u8a00\u901a\u5e38\u7531\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u5728\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u6307\u5f15\u4e0b\u5199\u51fa\uff0c\u5f53\u53cc\u65b9\u4e8b\u5b9e\u8bc1\u4eba\u5bf9\u4e8e\u91cd\u8981\u4e8b\u5b9e\u5b58\u5728\u4e25\u91cd\u51b2\u7a81\u65f6\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u8bc1\u4eba\u5f00\u5ead\u4f5c\u8bc1\u6765\u786e\u8ba4\u8be5\u6587\u4e66\u8bc1\u8a00\u662f\u5426\u771f\u5b9e\u5730\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u8bc1\u4eba\u610f\u613f\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5f00\u5ead\u66f4\u7ed9\u4e88\u4e86\u5bf9\u65b9\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u548c\u4ef2\u88c1\u5ead\u5bf9\u8bc1\u4eba\u8fdb\u884c\u73b0\u573a\u63d0\u95ee\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8d38\u4ef2\u300a\u8bc1\u636e\u6307\u5f15\u300b\u7b2c\u516b\u6761\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b3e\u8981\u6c42\u53cc\u65b9\u8bc1\u4eba\u5728\u5f00\u5ead\u524d\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e66\u9762\u8bc1\u4eba\u8bc1\u8a00\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u8bc1\u8a00\u9700\u7531\u8d38\u4ef2\u4ef2\u88c1\u9662\u8f6c\u9012\u6216\u91c7\u53d6\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u534f\u5546\u91c7\u7528\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u4ea4\u6362\u3002\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u8282\u7701\u4e86\u5f00\u5ead\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u4fdd\u8bc1\u5ead\u5ba1\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u5728\u5ead\u524d\u56fa\u5b9a\u4e86\u8bc1\u636e\u3001\u9632\u6b62\u5728\u5f00\u5ead\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0\u8bc1\u636e\u7a81\u88ad\u3002<\/p>\n<p
