Wildman Palmer\u4f26\u6566\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u5408\u4f19\u4ebaJohn Olsen\u8868\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u786e\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u66f4\u52a0\u79ef\u6781\u5730\u5728\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u53d1\u8d77\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6570\u56fd\u5916\u6cd5\u57df\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e2d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u88ab\u544a\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u8fd8\u662f\u591a\u4e8e\u5f53\u539f\u544a\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u4e0d\u613f\u4e3b\u52a8\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u53d1\u8fbe\u56fd\u5bb6\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d39\u8fc7\u9ad8\uff0cHarrison Goddard Foote\u5f8b\u6240\u9a7b\u82f1\u56fd\u5229\u5179\u5408\u4f19\u4ebaJonathan justify;\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e13\u5229\u53ca\u5546\u6807\u5c40\uff08USPTO\uff09\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u5916\u56fd\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u80fd\u591f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6587\u4ef6\u8bc1\u660e\u4ed6\u4eec\u6b63\u5b9e\u9645\u4f7f\u7528\u5176\u5546\u6807\uff0c\u6216\u5177\u6709\u771f\u5b9e\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u610f\u56fe\u3002\u201c\u5728\u5546\u6807\u6ce8\u518c\u65f6\u5217\u660e\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5546\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u5fc5\u987b\u5b9e\u9645\u7528\u4e8e\u5546\u4e1a\u3002\u201dLewis\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7f8e\u56fd\u5404\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u90fd\u5f3a\u8c03\u5728\u5e94\u5bf9\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u95ee\u9898\u65f6\u901f\u5ea6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u201c\u52a8\u4f5c\u8981\u5feb\u3002\u201dBorchard\u8bf4\u3002\u201c\u5728\u5546\u6807\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u6700\u5148\u7533\u8bf7\u8005\u80fd\u5360\u636e\u6709\u5229\u5730\u4f4d\u3002\u5728\u7248\u6743\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u51fa\u7248\u540e\u4e94\u5e74\u5185\u672a\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4e27\u5931\u7248\u6743\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Borchard\u6240\u5728\u7684Cowan Liebowitz &amp; Latman\u5f8b\u6240\u5584\u4e8e\u5904\u7406\u6d89\u53ca\u7f8e\u56fd\u6d77\u5173\u53ca\u8fb9\u5883\u4fdd\u536b\u5c40\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e8b\u52a1\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u77e5\u9053\u7f8e\u56fd\u4fb5\u6743\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\uff0c\u201c\u672a\u80fd\u53ca\u65f6\u8d77\u8bc9\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u53f8\u4e27\u5931\u8d77\u8bc9\u6743\u201d\uff0cBorchard\u8b66\u544a\u8bf4\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4f17\u6240\u5468\u77e5\uff0c\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u5bf9\u7c3f\u516c\u5802\uff0c\u6218\u51b5\u53ef\u80fd\u5f88\u6fc0\u70c8\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u8bc9\u8bbc\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\u6b63\u65e5\u76ca\u6d3b\u8dc3\u7684\u5236\u836f\u884c\u4e1a\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd1984\u5e74\u300a\u836f\u54c1\u4ef7\u683c\u7ade\u4e89\u4e0e\u4e13\u5229\u671f\u8865\u507f\u6cd5\u300b\uff08\u53c8\u79f0\u300aHatch-Waxman\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u51fa\u8be5\u6cd5\u6848\u7684\u4e24\u4f4d\u56fd\u4f1a\u8bae\u5458\u547d\u540d\uff09\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u539f\u7814\u836f\u751f\u4ea7\u516c\u53f8\u9488\u5bf9\u6311\u6218\u5176\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u7684\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u751f\u4ea7\u5546\u63d0\u8d77\u4fb5\u6743\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\uff0c\u5f53\u5c40\u572830\u4e2a\u6708\u5185\u4e0d\u53ef\u6279\u51c6\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u7684\u751f\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n<p
