Pharma\uff09\u201d\u4e00\u6848\u7684\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\u8d1f\u8d23\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u5ba1\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u8be5\u6848\u6d89\u53ca\u4ee5\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u540d\u4e49\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u5357\u975e1993\/8936\u53f7\u4e13\u5229\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u4e8b\u9879\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6cbb\u7597\u884c\u52a8\u8fd0\u52a8\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08TAC\uff09\u4ee5\u4e2d\u7acb\u65b9\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u4ecb\u5165\u8be5\u4e0a\u8bc9\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002TAC\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u51b3\u5b9a\u662f\u5426\u51c6\u4e88\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u516c\u53f8\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u7981\u4ee4\u65f6\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u5c06\u5baa\u6cd5\u56e0\u7d20\u4ee5\u53ca\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u7eb3\u5165\u8003\u91cf\u8303\u56f4\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span class=\"vantage-red\">\u4e34\u65f6\u7981\u4ee4<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u516c\u53f8\u66fe\u8981\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u9881\u5e03\u4e00\u9053\u4e34\u65f6\u7981\u4ee4\u4ee5\u963b\u6b62\u5e0c\u666e\u62c9\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u4fb5\u6743\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e3a\u6297\u764c\u836f\u7269\u6cf0\u7d22\u5e1d\uff08Taxotere\uff09\uff0c\u5e0c\u666e\u62c9\u8ba1\u5212\u63a8\u5e7f\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u66ff\u4ee3\u5b89\u4e07\u7279Taxotere\u7684\u4eff\u5236\u836f\uff0c\u5176\u6709\u6548\u6210\u4efd\u4e3a\u591a\u897f\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\uff08Docetaxel\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">Taxotere\u901a\u8fc7\u6ef4\u6ce8\u6cd5\u7ed9\u836f\uff0c\u65b9\u6cd5\u662f\u5c06\u4e24\u74f6\u5206\u522b\u88c5\u6709Taxotere\u6784\u6210\u6210\u5206\u7684\u836f\u6c34\u6df7\u5408\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c06\u6240\u5f97\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u6ce8\u5165\u751f\u7406\u76d0\u6c34\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u9759\u8109\u8f93\u6db2\u6ef4\u6ce8\u81f3\u75c5\u4eba\u4f53\u5185\u3002\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u516c\u53f8\u4e8e2011\u5e74\u83b7\u6089\u5e0c\u666e\u62c9\u5df2\u5411\u533b\u836f\u63a7\u5236\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7533\u8bf7\u6ce8\u518cTaxotere\u7684\u4eff\u5236\u836fCiplaDocetaxel\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5e0c\u666e\u62c9\u8fd8\u8ba1\u5212\u5bf9\u8be5\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u8fdb\u884c\u5546\u4e1a\u63a8\u5e7f\u3002CiplaDocetaxel\u7684\u7ed9\u836f\u673a\u5236\u5728\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e0a\u4e0eTaxotere\u76f8\u4f3c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7528\u4e24\u4e2a\u5355\u72ec\u7684\u5c0f\u74f6\u5305\u88c5\uff0c\u4e24\u5c0f\u74f6\u5206\u522b\u6807\u6ce8\u4e3aCiplaDocetaxel\u3001CiplaDocetaxel\u6eb6\u5242\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4e34\u7ed9\u836f\u524d\u6df7\u5408\u3002\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u4ee5\u6b64\u4e3a\u7531\u5bf9\u5e0c\u666e\u62c9\u63d0\u8d77\u4e13\u5229\u4fb5\u6743\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u63d0\u51fa\u4e34\u65f6\u7981\u4ee4\u7533\u8bf7\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u5e0c\u666e\u62c9\u4e5f\u5bf9\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u4e4b\u524d\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u4e13\u5229\u4fee\u6539\u63d0\u51fa\u64a4\u9500\u7533\u8bf7\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u9879\u7533\u8bf7\u5728\u4e13\u5229\u4e13\u5458\u6cd5\u9662\uff08the Court of the Commissioner of Patents\uff09\u7684\u521d\u5ba1\u9636\u6bb5\u90fd\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u56e0\u6b64\u4e0a\u8bc9\u81f3\u5357\u975e\u6700\u9ad8\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u3002\u6709\u5173\u4e13\u5229\u4fee\u6539\u7684\u64a4\u9500\u7533\u8bf7\u7387\u5148\u4e0a\u8bc9\uff0c\u4f46\u4ee5\u5931\u8d25\u544a\u7ec8\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u5728\u6b64\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bf9\u6b64\u4f5c\u8be6\u7ec6\u8ba8\u8bba\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e0d\u8fc7\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u5c31\u4e13\u5229\u4e13\u5458\u6cd5\u9662\u62d2\u7edd\u7981\u4ee4\u7533\u8bf7\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u4e0a\u8bc9\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u529f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u672c\u6848\u7684\u72ec\u7279\u4e4b\u5904\u5728\u4e8e\uff1a\u6848\u4ef6\u4e0a\u8bc9\u81f3\u5357\u975e\u6700\u9ad8\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u540e\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee5\u5021\u5bfc\u66f4\u5ec9\u4ef7\u836f\u54c1\u4e3a\u5df1\u4efb\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\u7ec4\u7ec7TAC\u88ab\u5141\u8bb8\u4ee5\u6cd5\u5ead\u4e4b\u53cb\uff08amicus curiae\uff09\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u4ecb\u5165\u6848\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">TAC\u53cd\u5bf9\u6388\u4e88\u7981\u4ee4\uff0c\u5176\u7b2c\u4e00\u9879\u7406\u7531\u57fa\u4e8e\u5357\u975e\u5baa\u6cd5\u7b2c27\uff081\uff09\u6761\u4e4b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff1a\u201c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u6743\u5229\u83b7\u5f97\u2026\u2026\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u751f\u80b2\u4fdd\u5065\u2026\u2026\u201d\uff1b\u800c\u5baa\u6cd5\u6cd5\u9662\u5df2\u7ecf\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u4e00\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u542b\u4e49\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u6743\u83b7\u5f97\u8d1f\u62c5\u5f97\u8d77\u7684\u836f\u7269\u3002TAC\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u201c\u900f\u8fc7\u5baa\u6cd5\u7684\u591a\u68f1\u955c\u201d\u6765\u7406\u89e3\u300a\u4e13\u5229\u6cd5\u300b\uff0c\u9002\u5f53\u5730\u5e73\u8861\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u4eba\u7684\u6743\u5229\u548c\u516c\u4f17\u7684\u5baa\u6cd5\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"Body-Subhead-Red-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u6cd5\u9662\u4e0d\u4e3a\u6240\u52a8<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4f46\u662f\u6cd5\u9662\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u4e3a\u8be5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u6240\u52a8\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u4e0d\u9700\u8981TAC\u6765\u6559\u6211\u4eec\u5982\u4f55\u900f\u8fc7\u5baa\u6cd5\u7684\u591a\u68f1\u955c\u7406\u89e3\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002TAC\u8bf4\u5f97\u4e0d\u9519\uff0c\u5baa\u6cd5\u7b2c39\uff082\uff09\u6761\u7684\u786e\u8981\u6c42\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u89e3\u91ca\u6cd5\u5f8b\u65f6\u5e94\u7acb\u8db3\u4e8e\u2018\u4fc3\u8fdb\u300a\u6743\u5229\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u3001\u5b97\u65e8\u548c\u76ee\u6807\u2019\uff0c\u4f46\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u4e3a\u6539\u53d8\u65e2\u5b9a\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u660e\u786e\u542b\u4e49\u5927\u5f00\u65b9\u4fbf\u4e4b\u95e8\u2026\u2026\u65e2\u7136\u5df2\u7ecf\u627f\u8ba4\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u5bf9\u4e8e\u53d1\u660e\u521b\u9020\u662f\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u4e00\u73af\uff0c\u6211\u770b\u4e0d\u51fa\u7b2c39\uff082\uff09\u6761\u6216\u5baa\u6cd5\u7684\u591a\u68f1\u955c\u5982\u4f55\u53ef\u4ee5\u5426\u5b9a\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u5b9e\u65bd\u5176\u4e13\u5229\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6240\u4ee5\uff0cTAC\u53cd\u5bf9\u6388\u4e88\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u516c\u53f8\u7981\u4ee4\u7684\u7406\u7531\u5e76\u4e0d\u5177\u5907\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u5baa\u6cd5\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<figure justify;\">\u5357\u975e\u6700\u9ad8\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u8be6\u7ec6\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u7f8e\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u57fa\u4e8e\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u7406\u7531\u800c\u62d2\u7edd\u6388\u4e88\u4e13\u5229\u4fb5\u6743\u7981\u4ee4\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u5224\u4f8b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u53d1\u73b0\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\/\u5e0c\u666e\u62c9\u6848\u5728\u4e8b\u5b9e\u65b9\u9762\u4e0e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5224\u4f8b\u5747\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6700\u9ad8\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u4e3a\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u6ca1\u6709\u53d7\u5230\u91cd\u5927\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5224\u5b9a\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u516c\u53f8\u80dc\u8bc9\u3002\u8fbe\u81f4\u8fd9\u4e00\u7ed3\u8bba\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\uff0c\u5b89\u4e07\u7279\u672c\u8eab\u5373\u6253\u7b97\u63a8\u51fa\u4e00\u6b3e\u4ef7\u683c\u66f4\u4f4e\u5ec9\u7684Taxotere\u4eff\u5236\u836f\uff0c\u5373Docetere\uff0c\u5176\u4ef7\u683c\u53ea\u6bd4CiplaDocetaxel\u7565\u9ad8\u4e00\u4e9b\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Body-body-Chi\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5224\u51b3\u4e66\u7b2c56\u6bb5\u4f5c\u4e86\u610f\u4e49\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u9648\u8ff0\uff1a\u201c\u516c\u4f17\u65e0\u4ece\u83b7\u5f97\u5c1a\u5904\u5728\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u671f\u95f4\u7684\u836f\u7269\u7684\u4eff\u5236\u836f\u662f\u4e13\u5229\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u8fd9\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4ec5\u4e3a\u632b\u8d25\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u4eba\u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u72ec\u5360\u6743\u800c\u62d2\u7edd\u6388\u4e88\u7981\u4ee4\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u770b\u6765\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u5bf9\u6cd5\u9662\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u6743\u7684\u6ee5\u7528\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u6848\u4ef6\u4e8b\u5b9e\uff0c\u672c\u6848\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5e76\u4e0d\u5b58\u5728\u5bf9\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u635f\u5bb3\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 justify;\">\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u867d\u7136\u5728\u8be5\u6848\u4e2d\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u56e0\u7d20\u5e76\u672a\u6784\u6210\u53cd\u5bf9\u6388\u4e88\u4e34\u65f6\u7981\u4ee4\u7684\u7406\u7531\uff0c\u4f46\u53ef\u4ee5\u9884\u6599\uff0c\u5728\u5c06\u6765\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u8bc9\u8bbc\u4e2d\uff0c\u7533\u8bf7\u4e34\u65f6\u7981\u4ee4\u5c06\u9700\u8981\u5b9e\u8d28\u6027\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u6765\u8868\u660e\u8fd9\u79cd\u7981\u4ee4\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bf9\u516c\u5171\u5229\u76ca\u4ea7\u751f\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p
