\u6216\u8005\u201cinvalidity\u201d\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u4e3a\u201c\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6027\u6761\u6b3e\u201d\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u8be5\u7b49\u6761\u6b3e\u660e\u786e\u4e86\u5728\u5408\u540c\u7684\u67d0\u4e2a\u6761\u6b3e\u56e0\u4efb\u4f55\u539f\u56e0\u88ab\u8ba4\u4e3a\u65e0\u6548\u6216\u4e0d\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u5c06\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u4ece\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5206\u79bb\uff08\u6216\u8005\u5206\u5f00\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u5408\u540c\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6761\u6b3e\u4ecd\u7136\u7ee7\u7eed\u6709\u6548\u7684\u610f\u613f\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4e00\u4e2a\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u6216\u8005\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u5206\u79bb\u800c\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u5408\u540c\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u5206\u6709\u6548\u6027\u7684\u8fd9\u79cd\u6982\u5ff5\u5728\u8bb8\u591a\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u90fd\u5177\u6709\u76f8\u5173\u6027\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u8bb8\u591a\u60c5\u51b5\u5747\u5728\u6b64\u524d\u7684\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u8bcd\u6c47\u300b\u4e13\u680f\u4e2d\u8fdb\u884c\u8fc7\u8ba8\u8bba\uff1a\u7ade\u4e1a\u7981\u6b62\u6761\u6b3e\uff08\u8bf7\u89c1\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c6\u8f91\u7b2c3\u671f\uff1a\u300a\u7ade\u4e1a\u7981\u6b62\u6761\u6b3e\u300b\uff09\uff1b\u514d\u8d23\u6761\u6b3e\uff08\u8bf7\u89c1\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c6\u8f91\u7b2c10\u671f\uff1a\u300a\u514d\u8d23\u6761\u6b3e\u300b\uff09\uff1b\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u6761\u6b3e\uff08\u8bf7\u89c1\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c5\u8f91\u7b2c9\u671f\uff1a\u300a\u5355\u65b9\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u6761\u6b3e\u300b\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6709\u5173\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6027\u6761\u6b3e\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u52a0\u5165\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u4f1a\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u5f71\u54cd\uff1f\u6cd5\u9662\u5982\u4f55\u8ba4\u5b9a\u4e00\u4e2a\u65e0\u6548\u6761\u6b3e\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e0e\u5408\u540c\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u5206\u5206\u5272\uff1f\u6cd5\u9662\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u81ea\u5df1\u4fee\u6539\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\uff1f\u672c\u671f\u6587\u7ae0\u5c06\u63a2\u8ba8\u548c\u6bd4\u8f83\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u6cd5\u57df\u548c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6cd5\u4e0b\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6027\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u548c\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Subhead-Grey-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"vantage-red\"><strong>\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u6cd5\u57df<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-No-Indent-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u53d7\u82f1\u56fd\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u7684\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5178\u578b\u7684\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6027\u6761\u6b3e\u901a\u5e38\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span class=\"vantage-grey\"><em>1. \u65e0\u6548<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi-Italic-number\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span class=\"vantage-grey\"><em>1.1 \u5982\u679c\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6761\u6b3e\u88ab\u88c1\u5b9a\u4e3a\u5168\u90e8\u6216\u8005\u90e8\u5206\u8fdd\u6cd5\u3001\u65e0\u6548\u6216\u4e0d\u53ef\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u5219\u5e94\u5f53\u5bf9\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u8fdb\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u5220\u9664\u6216\u4fee\u6539\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f7f\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u5408\u6cd5\u3001\u6709\u6548\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u6267\u884c\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u610f\u56fe\u3002<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi-Italic-number\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span class=\"vantage-grey\"><em>1.2 \u5728\u65e0\u6cd5\u6839\u636e\u7b2c1.1\u6761\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\u5168\u90e8\u6216\u90e8\u5206\u5220\u9664\u6216\u4fee\u6539\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u6216\u8005\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5c06\u4e3a\u8fdd\u6cd5\u3001\u65e0\u6548\u6216\u8005\u4e0d\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u4e0d\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u6784\u6210\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u53d7\u9650\u4e8e\u6839\u636e\u7b2c1.1\u6761\u505a\u51fa\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5220\u9664\u6216\u4fee\u6539\uff0c\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u7684\u5176\u4f59\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u5408\u6cd5\u6027\u3001\u6709\u6548\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u6027\u5c06\u4e0d\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5728\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u6cd5\u57df\uff0c\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6027\u95ee\u9898\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u7531\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u5408\u540c\u51b3\u5b9a\uff0c\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6709\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u7279\u5b9a\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5206\u5272\u51fa\u6765\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u8be5\u95ee\u9898\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u5408\u540c\u6cd5\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5224\u5b9a\u4e00\u4e2a\u65e0\u6548\u6761\u6b3e\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u5272\u7684\u65f6\u5019\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u672c\u6765\u662f\u5e0c\u671b\u5408\u540c\u5728\u65e0\u6548\u6761\u6b3e\u88ab\u5206\u5272\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7ee7\u7eed\u6709\u6548\uff0c\u8fd8\u662f\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u672c\u6765\u5e0c\u671b\u5408\u540c\u6210\u4e3a\u4e00\u4efd\u5355\u4e00\u7684\u3001\u4e0d\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u7684\u5408\u540c\u3002\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6761\u6b3e\u5728\u786e\u5b9a\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u610f\u56fe\u65f6\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u7528\u7684\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u4f1a\u63d0\u53ca\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u4e0d\u4f1a\u660e\u786e\u7ea6\u5b9a\u5982\u679c\u4efb\u4f55\u6761\u6b3e\u88ab\u8ba4\u5b9a\u65e0\u6548\u6216\u8005\u4e0d\u53ef\u6267\u884c\u65f6\u5e94\u8be5\u53d1\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4eba\u4eec\u666e\u904d\u8ba4\u4e3a\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u6cd5\u57df\u7684\u6cd5\u9662\u6709\u6743\u529b\u5206\u5272\u65e0\u6548\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u6ca1\u6709\u660e\u786e\u52a0\u5165\u53ef\u5206\u5272\u6027\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5176\u6b21\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u5408\u540c\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6761\u6b3e\u662f\u5426\u7ee7\u7eed\u53d7\u5230\u5bf9\u4ef7\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff08\u6709\u5173\u5bf9\u4ef7\u53ca\u5176\u5bf9\u666e\u901a\u5408\u540c\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u8bf7\u89c1\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c5\u8f91\u7b2c1\u671f\uff1a\u300a\u5bf9\u4ef7\u300b\u548c\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c2\u8f91\u7b2c2\u671f\uff1a\u300a\u201c\u5408\u540c\u201d\u6291\u6216\u201c\u534f\u8bae\u201d\u2014\u2014\u5b70\u662f\u5b70\u975e\uff1f\u300b\uff09\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5408\u540c\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6761\u6b3e\u4e0d\u88ab\u5bf9\u4ef7\u6240\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5219\u6574\u4e2a\u5408\u540c\u90fd\u5c06\u65e0\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"Lexicon_Lexicon-Body-Chi\" lang=\"zh-CN\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7b2c\u4e09\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u76f8\u5173\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002\u5982\u679c\u65e0\u6548\u6761\u6b3e\u662f\u5408\u540c\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u4ef7\u683c\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5220\u9664\u8be5\u6761\u6b3e\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5408\u540c\u5931\u53bb\u4e00\u4e2a\u5bf9\u5176\u6709\u6548\u6027\u6765\u8bf4\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5408\u540c\u5176\u4ed6\u6761\u6b3e\u65e0\u6cd5\u4ecd\u7136\u6709\u6548\uff08\u6709\u5173\u57fa\u672c\u6761\u6b3e\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u6784\u6210\u6709\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u7684\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u8bf7\u89c1\u300a\u5546\u6cd5\u300b\u7b2c3\u8f91\u7b2c3\u671f\uff1a\u300a\u610f\u5411\u4e66\u8fd8\u662f\u5907\u5fd8\u5f55\uff1f\u300b\uff09\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u666e\u901a\u6cd5\u6cd5\u9662\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u613f\u610f\u4e3b\u52a8\u4fee\u6539\u6216\u91cd\u5199\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8fd9\u4f1a\u6539\u53d8\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5df2\u7ecf\u540c\u610f\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u6216\u5408\u540c\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u3002<\/p>\n<p justify;\">\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u65e0\u6548\u6761\u6b3e\u5fc5\u987b\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u5206\u5272\u4f46\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u4ed6\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u610f\u601d\u3002\u8fd9\u5bfc\u81f4\u7ade\u4e1a\u7981\u6b62\u6761\u6b3e\u7b49\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u88ab\u4ee5\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5206\u5272\u4f46\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u5206\u610f\u601d\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8d77\u8349\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c06\u65e0\u6548\u90e8\u5206\u5206\u5272\u800c\u4e0d\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u88ab\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u84dd\u94c5\u7b14\u201d\u539f\u5219\u3002<\/p>\n<p
