Broad & Bright is experienced and has the expertise in handling sensitive and complicated cases. In MOFCOM\/SAMR\u2019s 37 conditional approvals so far, Broad & Bright handled almost half of the cases, including China\u2019s first conditional approval of InBev\u2019s acquisition of Anheuser-Busch. In 2009, Broad & Bright represented Coca-Cola in its acquisition of Huiyuan, which is one of the most complicated filings in China to date.
