Shanghai Zhihe Partners (Zhihe) is one of the first co-operative law firms, and is also one of the first legal offices conducting partnership pilots. Inheriting history and forging ahead is our mission. We aim to be open, fair, shared and co-governed, to create a warm law firm.
As an international comprehensive law firm, Zhihe is headquartered in North Bund Magnolia Plaza, the tallest building in Puxi, Shanghai, overlooking the broad and magnificent scenery of Huangpu River.
Zhihe has an elite team from various areas, with lawyers graduated from top political and law schools in China or well-known overseas law schools, having solid legal background, rich practical experience and extensive social relations, many of whom are awarded as Commercial Lawyer by Chambers and Partners, and are selected for the first Shanghai Legal Talent Pool for Foreign Affairs and the 11st Business Research Committee of Shanghai Bar Association. Zhihe has been awarded China Business Law Awards as Internet & E-Commerce Law Firm by China Business Law Journal 2020, and was selected for the Shanghai Government Procurement Supplier Database. At the end of September 2019, Zhihe’s Los Angeles office officially began operations.
