Founded in 2012, Jiaxuan Law Firm is committed to providing comprehensive legal services with a focus on commercial practice. The firm has 5,000 square metres of modern office space and more than 400 professionals working in the Xi’an head office and offices in Yulin, Baoji, Yan’an and Xixian. Over the years, Jiaxuan has taken a leading position in the western region in the key practice areas of commercial, energy & mineral resources, finance & capital markets, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
Jiaxuan has attached great importance to building a professional team since its establishment. We established a complete training system and set up an expert advisory committee with senior experts and scholars to provide strong professional support and theoretical guidance. In the course of years of practice, we have gradually cultivated a team of lawyers with conscientious service attitudes and excellent professional skills who are also proficient in handling work in multiple languages such as English, Japanese and so on.
