Kingbridge is one of the earliest partnership law firms in China that firmly promoted special general partnership reform and innovative management in 2015, which developed under the CPC’s guidance. The board of directors and supervisors were elected by partners’ meeting, the chief executive director was e-employed, and “discussion, resolution, execution and supervision” management was established.
With the innovative management model’s guidance and our lawyers’ strength, we established 23 divisions and five research centres committed to guide lawyers to pursue professionalism and team cultivation, and build a one-stop legal services platform. By August 2021, Kingbridge’s head office had enrolled 421 professional lawyers (not including lawyers in branch offices) and more than 530 employees, with 10 branches in mainland China contributing to the positive promotion for rule of law in the Greater Bay Area and “Go Global” strategy for Guangzhou law firms.
Comprehensive fields, large scale, innovative management and many branches are our core areas of competitiveness. With these, we provide high-quality, professional and efficient legal services for clients’ diversified business needs, and have already won different industries’ recognition.
Kingbridge’s revenue ranked in the Guangzhou 100 Million Club’s top 10 from 2017-2020, and scale and performance ranked in Guangzhou’s top four in 2020; in 2021, Kingbridge’s CPC committee won the Guangzhou Justice Bureau’s Advanced Primary Party Organisation; in 2020, the firm won Guangzhou Excellent Law Firm from 2016-2019; ALB Asia’s Top 50 Largest Law Firms in 2019; ranked in Top Law Firms of South China of 2021 ALB China; and China Business Law Journal’s 2021 Best Overall Law Firms (Greater Bay Area).
