近日，北京知识产权法院审结了原告“大华（银川）医疗科技有限公司”提起的“骨大师”商标权驳回复审一审行政诉讼案件，作出（2021）京73行初17124号《行政判决书》。高沃律师成功为“大华（银川）公司”赢回了“骨大师及图”商标的注册。该案的争议焦点是“骨大师”商标使用在“医疗器械和仪器”等商品上是否会引起相关公众对商品的功能、用途等等特点的误认。
