Xchanging, an FTSE-listed outsourcing company, is buying a 75% stake in Indian outsourcer Cambridge Solutions in a public takeover valued at £83 million (US$134 million).
Xchanging was advised by a Clifford Chance team headed by London corporate partner Jonathan Beastall and supported by co-relationship partner David Griffiths and competition partner Oliver Bretz.
Shearman & Sterling, led by corporate partner Laurence Levy, tax partner Iain Scoon, competition partner Matthew Readings and competition partner Beau Buffier in New York, is acting for Scandent Holdings Mauritius, Cambridge Solutions’ largest shareholder.
