White & Case is bolstering its Asian finance and restructuring capabilities with the transfer of London partner Kate Allchurch to Singapore.
Allchurch joined White & Case in London in 2000, working as a bank finance partner until 2009. She possesses significant expertise in leveraged finance, debt restructuring, debt buy-backs, telecoms finance and the secondary debt markets.
“This move is part of the firm’s long-standing strategy to create a full-service finance and restructuring practice in Asia,” said Barrye Wall, a partner at the firm and regional section head for Asia. “Kate’s arrival broadens the practice in Asia, as well as strengthening our overall finance and restructuring capabilities.”
